Super feet (grey)

Recommended Posts

I have super feet, The stock insoles in my missions had some pains in my feet, now with super feet they dont (i  have a really flat foot so i need a bigger arch. The secret is to not tie your skates so tight around the middle, where your arch is and then tighten them how ever you want at the ankle

if you do that you will pronate You need to give them time.. No doubt their is a break in period.

If you leave them too loose your defeating the purpose. You pronate again and break down your boot pre maturely just give them some time..

; just so you guys all know I am talking about the new ones not the old ones that came in bauers. ;)

No you dont have them too lose, but just dont tie them really tight so it's putting pressure on your arch, thats what the dealer told me

Having the skates too tight across the arch is one of the most common problems I see. I could have sold a ton more skates if I wasn't so honest.

Has anyone tested out the new grey SuperFeet? We've been selling a few, but mostly to picky recreational skaters who are not used to the hockey skate feel. They seem to like them a lot, but I have not had real feedback from hockey players.

I have two pairs of the old yellow SuperFeet from my Mission inlines from 5-6 years ago and use them in all my skates now.

They have great feel in my opinion, and are thin at the front, but properly cup your heels in place at the back, especially since I have a narrow heel.

Quick question:

im interested in grey superfeet insoles but i dont know which size i need.

i wear a 8.5EE bauer 8090 skate (which is shoe size US 10, US 9 and EUR 44) and thats right between

2 sizes.

the description says you should pick one size bigger if you got wide feet, which equals size 11.

so im not sure if i should take 9.5-11 or 11-14

thanks.

I owned a pair of Superfeet and a pair of Shockdr's. I couldnt get used to the Shockdoctors but the Superfeet were gold. When i sold my old skates i forgot to take them out so im buying new ones now. But like everything in the hockeyindustry its PP.

i have the shock doctors do't like them.

stock v12 insoles love them. i don't know y but i do?

i have the v12 insoles and a pair of superfeet greys. once i used the greys, i could not go back to the v12 stocks.

imo, i felt such a huge difference in the insoles, the superfeet were much more solid.

i don't think i'll ever skate on stock insoles again.

What were the old Mission superfeet (what color)?. Still have mine, but they are coming to their end. Is it bad if it has indents where my toes are supposed to be?

I put them in my S500's 10D last season, and now i have the 110 Ag's, which are 11 EE, i'm wondering, will they still fit, cause the sides of them were bent up a little bit, so i'm thinking the sides will fold down after time and fit nicely with the EE's.

Usually, when i'm just standing around on the ice at hockey camps when the instructors are teaching stuff, my feet get very sore, but with the superfeet, i find that they dont. I love them

Take the insole from your skate to the shop and compare them in size.

Just bought the grey ones and they fit like a glove without cutting them. They are so neat. I just cant explain why a insole does such a good job but i like it.

I have the same problem as Dougie, my feet would hurt now and then depending on how much I tightened the bottom section of my boot. My feet wouldn't really hurt when I was skating, mainly when I was standing still. So with Superfeet help me? I have Nike Roller Daddys 10 EE.

Also what size would I need?

Thanks

I have Them in My Vapour shifts because of the crappy stock insoles they come with. They kept slipping out when I tried them on, and I've had two pairs of shifts before and thats never happened to me. So I got them just for no hastle and they didnt feel much diferent than normal insoles (although I think the arch support is to far back towards the heel). Although this year I've recognized that if i tie my skates just a little tight (like I used to) my feet hurt like crazy when I'm standing on the bench, I dont know if thats my insoles, or just my humungus feet. Otherwise I'd recommend them because once you break them in, they feel excellent.

I have the grey superfeet in my skates (04 CCM Pro Tacks). I tried the Shock Doctors and they were light years ahead of the stock "footbeds". The Superfeet were lightyears ahead of the SD's. By just slightly adjusting my feet and therefore my ankles and therefore my knees and hips, I am convince that they saved my back which was killing me. It was like night and day.

YMMV, but I'm a believer.

i know that the standard superfeet for running shoes have a plastic base under the heel, so i am wondering if you loose a lot of feel for your skates you wear them...

also any one have luck with graf?

The footbed in my Missions is pretty old and is starting to get a little thin in a few places. Unfortunately, my local dealer doesn't carry them, so I've gotta order online..

Based on the reviews here, I think I'll order some. Looks like the best price is at Allegro Medical...

(Mod - feel free to clean this up if I'm not supposed to post a URL...)

I may be bringing custom Superfeets to my stores - it's a station with a chair, an oven to heat up the plastic and a foot-activated vacuum. They did the procedure to me in Toronto, I have not skated on them (that is going to be the deal-breaker)
