Yeah, there really is no top of the line glove. I guess the x80 could be considered the most popular and top of the line. But there are so many custom features that can make a difference... so who knows.

Any of the eagle glove can be made into the top of the line it all depends on what your looking for the cp series if ur more traditional, x series if ur more into the newer fits, and now adays there r the slim fit x70s and the new one that just came out. Like my CP94 nylon extra long cuff high density foam and split fingers in top of the line in my mind.

Actually, the X70/X70i is by far and away the most popular.

Ya see, thats what I use to see. When playing in lower level leauges I would see a lot of X70s, but now playing a couple levels up, I barley see any x70s, its almost all x80s. Im not saying sales wise, but where I play, its all x80s

when i think top of the line gloves, first thing that always comes to my mind is plastic inserts everywhere on the glove. protection wise, i don't see how eagles (x50, x70) sell for the price they do compared to other high end gloves. tps hgt's run for $10 cdn LESS than eagle x50's, and are twice the glove in my opinion.

Eagles are supposed to be hand made though arent they?,thats why there is a high price.

hgt's are hand made too, or say 'hand crafted' on them.

Eagle Custom Pros have split fingers and are a retail glove.

The Draper and Stajan CP's are nice...but the Yashin CP's are among the most uncomfortable gloves I have ever tried on.

The stock "custom pro" model my rep had were the nicest Eagle gloves I've ever tried.
