Tom Golisano has always liked the old school jereseys. Not long after he bought the team...he personally brought the jerseys in to the guys and said they were having a retro night.

I'm not surprised they are going back to that style...actually I'm surprised it took him this long. But, I know there are rules about jersey changes...the league needs like 2 seasons notice before you do anything. So, this has probably been in the works for a while.

Actually I live in the Buffalo area and haven't heard much about the old jerseys since they brought them out at the end of the '04 season. This guys site is just a concept, if you're all for them please sign his petition, I personally hate the goats head jerseys and the old owners who drove this team into the ground are the ones who changed the jerseys. There are alot of people in this city who would like to see the return of the old blue and gold.

Does anyone have any concrete evidence that this will happen?

Those designs have been floating around for a few years ago, and it is just a fan or group of fans who designed them and have an online petition for a return to blue and gold. I'm not saying it won't ever happen, and I think the blue and gold looks nicer.

I beleive RBK is in the process of getting every team to sign on to the new tight fit jerseys. In the process I beleive most teams will have new designs and some will have new colors and logos.... could be out as early as the end of Feb.

did any one look at the other logos and stuff they have on there? some of those are pretty sharp for shoulder patches, etc. i like the idea.

i remember seeing this on CoreBeam a real long time ago, which would make me assume that the idea hasnt really taken off. but who knows? sounds like a lot of people here are impressed.

Yeah, I was saying there are alot of people in Buff that want this. It's not definite. I was asking for concrete evidence.

I wasn't a fan of the tight jerseys in the WJC. I like the look of the loose fit jersey. But I guess the NFL said the same thing when Linemen started "painting" the jersey on.

It'll grow on us, I'm sure.
