Sven,

I think the Hossa and Lindros should switch places and the Leclair should fit in with the Iginla instead of the havlat but I haven't seen the havlat so I can't say for sure. The Leclair doesn't have any loft. If it did, I would think it would be a shanahan.

I would say the Datsyuk is more along the lines of bauer's P88 or the Recchi rather than a sakic type curve.

Also RBK has the Amonte pattern that is large like the easton yzerman/gaborik,

I think thornton is only on the CCM brand

Just a question, have you looked at each of the manufacturer websites to get it to this point so far?

No sense in me going to all those sites if that's where you started.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but TPS has no Drury clone. The Morrow is actually closer to the Easton Lidstrom than the Tucker.

MORROW = LIDSTROM

played morrow last season with the xn10...

and it was exactly a lidstrom clone

My good man, Sven, you forgot about us..... :(

Modano = Curve 21

Sakic = Curve 11

Yzerman = Curve 41

Drury = Curve 44

Lidstrom = Curve 51

Iginla =~ Curve 12

Shanahan =~ Curve 46

Excellent work, very easy to follow. The Bauer P106 Jokinen pattern is not listed.

Now all you need is a bunch of actual photos to insert along with the names. :P

I find the pictures on the websites lacking most of the time.

Isn't the Inno Jovanovski pattern a Lidstrom clone?

I think the 12 looks more like a P106/Tucker.

Yes, Jovo is a Lidstrom clone.

You may want to start an extra Heel curve listing, toss it in between the Drury and Lidstrom (as that's what the curves really are). I'd have the P106, Morrow, Pronger, Ribeiro all in there. They are heels, and have traits that both the Lidstrom and Pronger have.

I think the 12 looks more like a P106/Tucker.

I've never seen the 106, so maybe it's spot on; however, when I compared the 12 to the Recchi it was very close.

The main difference was the 12 was round, whereas the Recchi was square. I think there also was a slight difference in either the twist or curve, but whatever it was was very slight.

To help you fill out the list:

The CCM Fischer pattern is close to the Easton Drury, but not a direct match.

The CCM Doan pattern is not really like anything listed, big heel curve with lots of loft, round toe... Unless they changed it since I got mine a while ago.

** this info is using the V-110 blades for reference. Other models may differ. **

Coffey = something between an Easton Gaborik and Shanahan.

I compard a Coffey to a Gaborik last week at my LHS and they are almost exact, and the blade isn't long like a Shanahan
