or when gunner in the shootout has the triple deek, stops and clapper, why did bombay say watch out for the deke? liek it mattered. and then the crowd sitting behind the goal wondering if she saved it or it went in.

Just to keep this poll alive, here's my summary/assessment of each of the characters. Note that since I haven't seen the original in while, I don't remember all of the guys who were only in the first movie.

Guy Germaine--The ladies man. After it was established that he was the team lothario, all his character development stopped within first 10 minutes of the movie. From then on he was essentially a stage prop upstaged by everyone else including the puck.

Terry Hall--Jesse's brother?

Tommy Duncan--The short brother of the figure skating duo.

Les Averman--When he's onscreen, brace yourself for some serious un-comedy!

Tammy Duncan--The sister of the figure skating duo.

Julie "The Cat" Gaffney--Practically useless in the second movie, instrumental in the third, hot in both.

Dwayne Robertson--The Cowboy. The "best stickhandler" Tibbles has ever seen. Unfortunately, he also didn't pass and was the lone Duck who got stonewalled during the Goodwill shootout. All the stickhandling skills won't cut it if you can't pick your corners. Never mind the fact that he brings a lasso to the rink.

Jesse Hall--he didn't do much in D2.

Dave Karp--I think he was the fat kid who was on the movie posters.

Ken Wu--he continued the figure skating gimmick void when the Duncans left after the first movie. He was also a complete wuss. Way to uphold the stereotype that Asians are dorky wimps, Kenny!

Connie Moreau--She scored here and there. And she was cute.

Dean Portman--Bash Brother 2. Played up to the crowd way too much. It was a miracle he didn't cost his team any delay of game penalties. He'll also fart when people are tied to him.

Luis Mendoza--Seriously, I don't care how fast you are, you have no business representing your nation if you can't stop. Even Fulton learned how to skate. Luis eventually stopped once at the end of the second movie, but I think he forgot again by the third. Like Guy, he also played the part of the ladies man--I guess because that archetype is just so deep a well of character richness that it must be tapped twice.

Greg Goldberg--The guy was afraid of the puck. That's why he lost his job. But I'll give him credit for versatility, since he became a shot-blocking defenseman and came in clutch by netting the GWG in the final installment.

Peter Mark--Who was this guy again?

Fulton Reed--The tough guy of the team even though he appears to be going through puberty in D2, judging by the changes in the timber of his voice. He hits hard, shoots hard, and wears hard rock t-shirts, which is pretty badass if you're like 12 years old. Look out for when he and Portman put on their bandanas because that means they're going to gang-bash you!

Russ Tyler--He heckled Jesse and then called out the Ducks for being a bunch of whining pansies. Then he schooled them with his knucklepuck. Props.

Charlie Conway--The heart and soul of the Ducks. Whiney, pouty, short-sighted, stubborn and selfish. All of the qualities you want in your captain.

Adam Banks--The scorer. The only guy on the team who even remotely resembles a hockey player. Too bad he still had zero personality.

How can you call Wu a wimp? He did fight the goalie for Iceland in D2. :P

Fulton Portman... they seemed awful close to me.

Mine was Fulton Reed because when toe movies came out I was a Peewee (back then we could only start doing slapshots in Peewee) and I had the hardest shot in my team so my friends nicknamed me Fulton.

And I think Mark is that little kid that was only in the first movie, he was the one wearing the leather jacket and he was one of the two who saw Godron talking to the Hawks coach saying that they were a bunch of no good hockey players.

in the second movie she stopped Gunner in the shootout to win the game. he did triple deke glove side, she robbed him and she was hot.

Banks was so good that he was RH in the first movie and LH in the second (or maybe it was the other way around). I also enjoyed how they killed/wrote off the 2nd Hall brother.
