I know a guy who wears one just like that. Custom molded...fits under his gear. I don't know if the shin pad itself has to be altered to fit over it, but it does.

Lindros skates with two.

Yeah, I've know a few people with Donjoy ones...you have to find the right pads for it.

You guys really look into game used memorabilia before you call his prices made up. He is pretty much on par with other game used sellers on eBay, yotes97 (game used Phoenix gear - helmets, gloves, skates) bdramer1 (game used Flyers gear - gloves, pants, etc) and probably the biggest seller, mitonbyron, who has just about everything and this guy is very much in line with as far his prices go...

Milton Byron Auctions

Unfortunately Milt Byron doesn't have a lot of gloves, helmets, pants or skates up there now to compare but throughout the season he usually has a steady supply of them from various NHL teams and prices are very comparable.

He definitely wasted a lot of money listing all this stuff at prices that will never sell.

Ya never know...there are a lot of people with more money than brains...

$75 for Andrew Raycroft's goal skate cowlings? How much are the laces from Joe Thornton's skates? $150?

I know there is a market for this stuff and collectors will buy certain pieces. Some of his stuff though is way overpriced in terms of collectible value. Check the helmet prices. Just my opinion.

Guys, it's memorabilia.  He is not selling it as equipment.

True, but who's going to buy Andrei Kovelenko memorabilia?

I don't think Milton will be very active now in acquiring new sports memorabilia from teams. The poor guy had a stroke about a month ago. He should be taking it easy. From what I heard he has problems with speech and the use of one of his arms.
