Ive looked through this entire post and still cant seem to find what Im looking for, so maybe someone could help me out...Im looking for the pattern that has a very small curve mid curve if any(forsburg retailish) closed face and squareish toe...Basically the blade pattern thats almost straight...like the old school sticks...Or the blade that is the closest to a forsburg/modano retail

Montreal's "Standard" curve is a very very slight neutral square toe, not sure if it comes in anything but 6 lie though. I have an 8500 OPS with that curve and I love it to death, I'd jump at a chance for another.

Well my shipment finally came in today.

Of the two dolomite shafts, one feels exactly like a retail, weight, length, shaft shape. The other is very boxy. And the corners are very harsh, hardly rounded at all. It's a little shorter than the other one as well, and feels slightly heavier. I would pop the caps on them and see what they say inside, but I can't get those newer style caps off from warrior. Flex feels about right on them though, both 300 flex Nipple Grips.

As for my blades, I got a Ference Tapered composite, McManus Tapered Wood, and Hinote Standard Composite Missions. I also got a Dolomite Kovalchuk blade, and oh is it sexy. I was anxious to use them tonight, but we damn near had a tornado so that was the end of that.

I'll get pictures up tomorrow hopefully, although everyones seen everything except the McManus so far.

Got my pair of Mission Pro Stock Rhakshani blades in yesterday, loaded one into my R8 Lite shaft, taped and waxed it up and went to my game. The blade pattern itself is just about ideal for me. Reasonable mid curve, slightly open face (less open than a Lidstrom) but with a rounded toe. For myself, my only complaint is the lie.....it looks and feels like a 6. :( I personally skate with a 5, 5.5 max, so the blade is no good for me. So anyone that would like 1 completely unused Rhakshani, let me know, and I also have the one that is taped up and used for about 10 mins worth of warm ups.

Got my order yesterday, with a slight surprise.

Pretty crappy angle to represent a blade curve if you ask me.... I always look at the front of the blade to peep out a curve.

At least they're trying, you can get lie and a general idea of open and location. Looks like most curves are around 4.5-5 lie from the 3 I watched.
