Looks like he ocasionally wears it properly. Did notice for shootouts he tilts it completely up eliminating it from his field of view.

QUOTE(Tyler B @ Oct 23 2007, 11:07 PM)

he might as well not even wear a visor the way its tilted up and what not.

Koivu used to wear straight/small visor until he almost lost an eye...he has since changed to a much wider cut and doesn't flip it up.

Hopefully, more guys will realize that wearing it for protection means it has to be int position to protect.

As far as the shootout...I'd have no problem at all if they let guys take there helmets off for SO's. It's supposed to be about showcasing talent and the players right, well....let them come out from behind the shell, and let people see them.

Outside of a few teams (unless you're a diehard). Most fans wouldn't recognize the 3rd or 4th liners if they saw them in street clothes.

Maybe this has been addressed already, but are players using other sticks dressed up as 9ko's? I've noticed other sticks looking this way before, but it looks really obvious in the picture of Colby Armstrong that there are no holes in that stick - just white dots where the holes would be.

i noticed at the joe that the holes in a datsyuk prostock 9k0 were alot smaller than retail.

might have been a pre-run, prototype or something

Maybe they have it worked out that changing hole sizes will alter the kick point and flex characteristics

there are only 7 actual holes, then there are a number of "hole" graphics on the stick. in the photoslide listed you can only see the top part of the shaft where the graphics are. i believe that the "hole graphics" have indents behind the graphics.
