I especially like the Latvia one - but then again, there isn't anything I don't like about Latvian hockey. For every player on the roster, they one send de-commissioned Soviet-era Beer Drinking Machine that sits in the stands buzzling and bellowing admirably.

Those look great for the most part. Russia,the Swiss and Latvian sweaters wouldn't have been my first choice. Maybe they will look better than the artist renditions here.

They might as well call the German national team, "Prussia" with the black/white combo. Those were the national colors of Prussia which was the dominate player in German politics at the time.

Let me begin by saying I hate throwback/retro jerseys, oh I really, really hate those guys. However, most of those don't look bad.

Why do I hate artificial retro? See the Warrior Johnson shaft, bell-bottoms in the 1990's and Afro's in the early 2000's

Not many small towns can make that world champions claim, we had 50th anniversary celebrations last weekend. Raised a commemerative banner, had the surviving players out-it was great.

I'll try and get a good pic of the replica Dunlops jersey and post it.

Yaeh, I remember going to the Edmonton Mercury one a few years back, but thats a different story since Edmonton is fair sized, and Whitby back then was a speck pretty much.
