no idea about the sundogs but the coyotes have done sales in the past that were open only to season ticket holders after the shops pick through it first.

Nothing was sold the entire season. Absolutely tons of stuff.

I am seriously considering going this year as I have always wondered what the Stars sales were like. However, I'm not a season ticket holder so I couldn't go until Saturday...for those that have been before, would it still be worth it?

I am mainly interested in a pair of gloves in 13" or 14" depending on the fit, but no particular player or model & apparel that would be on sale. Of course I would look at everything there, if I decide to make the 2 hour drive to see my folks & attend the sale. :)

If you want pro gloves, you'll have to camp out as those are snatched up by employees and season ticket holders. Righties won't fare much better.

5 righties on the team, and only 3 played significant games. Even stockpiling for the year, that won't acount for much. Especially with 85% of the players in Texas being righties.

I have noticed that there are way more lefty prostocks on TSR, so I wasn't really hoping for sticks for that reason. Still nice to know what I'm getting myself into. If only I lived closer, I would be some form of a season ticket holder for sure (had a 6 game & a 10 game plan a couple of years ago & went to the All Star Game Practice event as that is what I was offered tickets for, but that & the Stars backpack was the only benefit I got out of being such a small plan holder).

I think the Av's website still has the announcement from 2008, the last year they had a sale.

I haven't found any announcements about a 2010 sale yet but I'm not on any of their mailing lists, just lurking.

was at hsbc today they have alot of there gloves for sale right now, there in the back of the store, some of the palms are pretty rough looking, but i picked up a pair of roys easton and a pair of warriors for 80 each...

just got the final pricing back from management.  It is as follows:

Hockey pants: $75

Gloves: $50

Used helmets: $59

New helmets: $75

seem a little high to me

not a lot of righty players, but the ones they do have were nhl send downs, so 3guys with true s19's, se16's, and a few x60's. lefties there were 10k's, s19's, se16's.
