Sportschek had them on for 129 i think a month ago. My local store still has about 4 or 5 floating around I think. ANyways, I know sportschek had some black stealths a month ago, they were advertised in their catalogue.

ya sportchek did have a sale on these sticks last month for $140 but now they are priced for $199 from most sportcheks ive been to they only have 100 flex sakics

If you live in Canada, check out bigger Sport Chek, we bought a crap load of the first generation Stealths off of Easton during the winter, you may be still lucky and find them, we have aboot 10 or so at my store.

Most the of the Stealths at Sportchek are painted CNT's.. well at least my Sportchek was. Some were really easy to tell like the massive boxy shaft an the really slick paint job..but some others had the 05 Stealth shaft with the CNT blade.. if you look closely you'll be able to tell the difference right away.

Just went to Sportchek earlier and they had Vapor XX Stick'ums in stock. Anybody know what they really are? Some of them had Malkin listed as curve so it has to be a repainted something.

To me it seemed to look like a real XX stick um.. since the blade weave is the same and im assuming the shaft is the same due to the shape and weight of the stick. I know they never made Malkin XX's but im voting for the real thing.

I doubt that the XX's and 05 Stealths are real. I saw the Stealths at one of my local Sport Cheks and the stick was not nearly as balanced as I remember it being. Does anyone remember the Response+ sticks at Sport Chek? :P

Try Champions Choice in Anchorage, Alaska. They are known for keeping around old stock. Mainly because their prices are high, so they are most likely selling them for their 2005 retail price lol

Just to put my $.02 in, I would think that the XX Max Stick'ums would be original XX (black w/ silver X) just painted to appear newer. Stealths, I have no input on them.

I do know that I bought a SL from Sportchek and broke it right away and received an SE from Easton... pretty good bargain if you ask me.
