The NBH 4500 doesn't look bad. It looks just like the NBH 5000.

That's hilarious... someone posted a picture in the "Pics of yourself" thread, and there was a kid behind the guy in a Cascade- and I remember commenting something along the lines of "I just threw up in my mouth a little"

A guy I skate with has the previous Cascade helmet (no idea if there's really a 'new one')... even he hates how ugly it is. He took the cage off this week, and we all looked at him, shook our heads and said "Nah.. still horrible".

i tried one on today. i thought it was amazing in comfort. didnt look in the mirror but it felt great. very snug. unlike any other i tried on.

are you sure? i heard ccm/rbk lids. and that was from someone close to the program. btw addias sweaters and everything else ccm/rbk, like notre dame.

it baffles me how a company that dominates the lacrosse helmet world and makes their lax helmets look so good, cannot figure out how to make a hockey helmet that doesn't make buttholes pucker at the sight of it

Anyone who watched the Rangers game the other night may have seen Mark Messier endorsing these helmets. I think they bought 3000 of them for youth hockey players and all the Jr. Rangers pee Wees are wearing them. According to Mark, A lot of research was done on preventing concussions and the Cascade came out on top. They were really pushing the research.
