If you dont really care about how the stick looks, the sticks are not bad so far.

Personally I dig the all black!

Dupes how do you like them playing-wise. What do they compare to?

And why do they have a clone army of the dude from Nickelback hawking their stuff?

I was thinking more Sabretooth from X-men then Chad Kroeger.

from the pics, it looks like they could be a solid stick. how much did you end up paying for them? is there a non grip model, and do they feel like 430 grams?

I've actually seen a few people using their sticks and asked them about it and for the most part the reviews are very positive, most of them are very surprised at the quality of the stick. That said, the only thing that turns me away is that you really have to break a lot of sticks to make this worthwhile.

I love the idea of all black sticks, but to me those just look plain ugly...If I could replicate the black from the One95 stick and cover the whole stick with that color..I'd do it in a heartbeat. I wear a lot of black on the ice..black helmet, black jersye, black pants, black socks..skates..

Vader, I thought you would want a red lightsaber...

Well I do play quite frequently with a red Easton Stealth CNT with the black lettering.. Looks good..

Hello to all!! My name is Jarrid Adler creator and president of The Hockey Club and I am here today because a hockey buddy of mine told me that there is a discussion about THC® going on.

I have read all your comments and queries and I am here to prove that we are not a "Hoax" or "Too Good to be true" kinda of deal. I hope to try and answer all your unknown questions.

Firstly I myself and a hockey player just like all of you. I was tired of breaking $250 high quality Carbon Fiber Hockey Sticks! I break about 6-8 hockey sticks a year and I though there has go to be other guys like me out there! So I created The Hockey Club.

Just so you know that there are 5 different ways of manufacturing Carbon Fiber Hockey Sticks. Our Sticks are 100% Aerospace Carbon Fiber the same stuff used for formula one cars and military aircrafts. it the lightest and strongest on the market! Just FYI our manufacturing plant was sent 5 sticks Easton Synergy Elite SL, Warrior Mac Daddy, Bauer One90, RBK 7K & TPS R8. These can arguably be the industries top sticks. Our factory was to make sure the the THC® were to meet all standards of these sticks and I must say that perhaps a little bias but I think we are better. You are getting a $250 quality stick for $148. Why so much less expensive... because I don't have distribution costs and there are no middle man driving up the cost. The concept is Factory Floor to Customers Door!

As for the graphics... we worked on a few designs and the one that players seem to reach for the most was the stick that had little graphics and more black. But this is something that we plan on changing from season to season with new stuff so don't let graphics make you think the product is inferior.

Currently we offer only sticks with grip but it seems that most people prefer the grip. Hopefully by next season we will add non grip, 110 Flex for our Pro and Semi pro players, Junior and Intermediate and goalie sticks to our packages. We might even consider calling our newest model LightSaber!

Durability??? Since we went live 2.5 months ago we have only replaced to date 3 sticks and 1 of the 3 was because one of our members had his stick stepped on by another player! I challenge anyone to ask Easton, Warrior or any of the other guys to replace your stick after having someone stepped on it! Not happening!! THC® replaces your stick no questions asked!

Recycling... we are working with a company called www.metacycle.com and we are trying to turn broken Carbon sticks into new product. Help save the environment a little. We came up with 9 different products that we can make one of which is crutches and canes to donate to hospitals and medical centers!

I know my one challenge right now is to be able to let players touch and feel the sticks because right now we are not available outside of our online sales, however if any of you wish to touch and feel please take me up on the offer and email me directly jarrid@thehockeyclub.com

A buddy of mine showed up at practice with two "THC's". A righty for him and a left "hustler" for me to tryout and it seemed alight. Didn't have the feel of my XXXX, but it wasn't terrible. It reminded me of my old Starsky. My buddy took 1 slapshot and it snapped in two. Mine however helped up through two skates.
