Cooper...they really had the good stuff...man I loved the Techniflex shoulders and girdle. Most comfortable pads I ever wore.

Bauer never had a problem putting out great skates... however, if memory serves, Bauer's equipment was crap until Nike came along.

I knew the answer but checked inventory to confirm it for myself!! It's just like when the customer says his steel is broken and he needs it replaced, I want to know to know holder size, not skate size.

Nike did bring in some good ideas with their ownership. It would be irresponsible to say otherwise. It was Bauers know how about skate manufactering and design that was the basis to their success however. The original Nike line of skates where never very popular with the hockey crowd because of fit, design and durablility issues. It was Bauers research that brought their skates on par and competative with other makes on the market. If that had been left up to the Nike designers they would have had their hockey division go belly up long ago.

Seriously, how many times have I answered this question?

The ONE95 product that came out THIS year will be the last NBH product. Anything NEW in 2009 will be Bauer. And seriously, the BAUeR thing is getting ANNOYING.

I can't wait to see the One95 protective line.

The One90 line is fantastic. I absolutely love it. I can only assume the One95 line will be even better.

I like the mods they made on the elbows, taking the one90 => XXXX mods a step further.. Whether the step is for the better is questionable until we get to try it. The shoulders and shins look similar besides the maxsorb. I'm sure it will be a quality offering but not sure if it's worth the wait. The graphics are a step to the dark side.

i like that the new pads are black it just makes more sence to me

but the logo on the shoulder pads is a little shiny but thats just me being picky:P
