One75 stick vs. One95 stick

Recommended Posts

I tried searching and went through the first 12 pages and couldn't find anything so sorry if this has already been posted. So I was wondering if the one75 was that solid of a stick or should i fork up the extra money for the one95?

I checked out both the One75 and One95 today. The main difference between the One75 and Once95 was weight and construction. The One75 was a bit heavier and appeared to be a fused stick. I decided to spring for a One95 mostly on the props a couple Junior A players gave the stick. They told me that the One95 is a pretty strong durable stick, has a nice soft feeling but durable blade and the shaft has a nice "pop" to it.

If the One95 works for me I'll be doing a 3 pack thru Bauer ID.

Thanks for the advice im thinking about buying a custom one through the Nike Bauer I.D. it's only about 10 bucks more then LHS.

Anyone use either one or preferably both?

And what is with the one85? Saw that at the LHS and was only like 10 bucks cheaper than the 95. How does that line up with the other sticks?

I don't know I went to a shop the other day and saw the one95, one85, one75, one55. Also my friend decided to get the one85 over the one95 because he usually has to add an extension and with the one85 he wouldnt need to add anything. Holding them there wasn't any significant weight difference between the one95 and one85 from what I could tell. Also his shot didn't seem to suffer from it at all...and I have the bruise to prove it... <_<

One 95 - Monocomp.

One 85 - Fused, similar blade to One95 from description, slight downspec I would suspect.

One 75 - Fused, Re-Akt blade, probably downspec in shaft. Same as One70 as far as I can tell, shaft detail pic shows tactlie on the walls, not just edges.

Whew, I thought I was losing my mind!!! I was 100% certain that I was looking at the One75. I had my first session with my One95 and I think NBH have a winner with this stick.

Is the One75 similar the the One70 in terms of weight in balance? I remember the One70 being blade heavy.

And why are they making it Europe only?

Last Night I used a friend's One75 at practice and from what I can tell It's more like the One90 then the one70. IMO I like the one90 more then the one75 and personally would not purchase it.

I broke My 195 stickhandling in my garage today after 2 months of use. I have never broken a stick this fast. I am pissed! But was a little hard to catch passes.

That is odd, because the One95 blade is the softest composite blade I've used up to date. Granted I havent used a wide number, but I've been greatly impressed with the One95 and performance the last two times I've used the stick.
