This is old news and has already been discussed. Even if you are not happy with either Bauer or Mission, its shouldnt be vented this way.

A lot of people are happy with Mission and Bauer, especially with the customer service. If they werent, there wouldnt be that many people with the One95, One90 or mission's Ice or syndicate line of products.

mission stuff is great, I bought vapour xxxx's and have been through 5 pairs so far this season. All with loose blades that will not tighten and the customer service is terrible in ontario anyway. And I should be able to vent about shitty equipment anyway I feel like.

your trying to say you went through 5 pairs of vapor xxxxs becasue the blades were loose. worst case scenario is nbh would send you a new set of holders to get mounted. or you could pay for it yourself and pay 100, not 2000 more after the first pair. i dont like to do this but i call bullshit. mission and bauer both make great products, the two of them together will be great. end of discussion

5 skates sounds like total BS to me. Mission and Bauer make fine products and have amazing customer service, they would definatly sned you a different holder or steel.

holders huh? been there done that! three times!! And the skates that they had sent right from bauer all had loose blades that could move at the tip of the blade at least 1/16th. So I would send those back and use the original ones I bought until the new ones would come in and I would go look at them and yet again loose blades. Tried new runners on them and still nothing. They figure that the composite was shaped wrong and the runners when riveted on are bent up and not allowing the blade to hook in properly. It takes 3 weeks for a new pair to come in also. This has been going on since october. Guess thats what happens when they are made in china. tried new steel also. I could forward you all the emails I have been sending to bauer and they have sent back. FIVE PAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first pair which I am still using have loose blades. They sent another pair. Same thing, 3 weeks later another pair also with loose blades. Checked a pair of xxxx's they had in stock also with loose blades. They sent a pair to the store last week big surprise loose blades again! THEY WILL NOT TIGHTEN! If you can count thats 5 pairs. these are size 8, the 9's were fine. 8.5's also fine. And I should mention that it's the right skate only.

I think it speaks positively about their customer service that they are still willing to send you skates after that many pairs.
