Just getting into the game... I'm going to buy the rest of my equipment this weeekend, but so far i have:

I really like the Hustler elbows, but the design of the shins I think is less than ideal. The fastening velcro is so small that unless you have the perfect size calves, you won't get a good fit.

Elbow pads: jofa 8025 - Again,..I like them light. Good protection.

Gloves: M1 - light, they lay on my hand, free hand movement

Shin pads: CCM 852 - Lightweight comfy but not durable and falling apart.

Skates: Mission S500 very comfy, no break in time.
