I know we've had this type of post before but I wanted to get an idea of what we all use and what we like or dislike about it.

Here's my list.

Helmet: Itech HC85 pro - Light, well ventilated.

Visor: Oakley straight small - Never gets in the way, never fogs.

Shoulder pads: Graf 703 - Not really happy, looking to get smaller pads. Read my review.

Elbow pads: Jofa 8025 - Light small, no bicep cuff.

Gloves: TPS R2 - fits my hand perfectly, love the feel.

Pants: Mission M1 - Very protective, double belts and a lace up front.

Shin pads: CCM 852 - Lightweight comfy but not durable and falling apart.

Skates: Mission S500 very comfy, no break in time.

Stick: TPS Response R flex - perfect flex no torque, blades are a bit weak.

Helmet: MIssion Carbster - protective, light

Visor - Oakley Straight small - small, no fogging

Shoulder pads - none

Elbows - Jofa 8044 - stays in place

Gloves - M1 - light, not overly snug but not loose either

Pants - MBP 8 girdle - light, well padded

Shins - Jofa 8090 - too much pad unfortunately

Skates - Bauer 8090/Mission **** - can't disclose what they are

Helmet- Nike 0004- really like it, fits well

Shield- Jofa cage when needed, otherwise nothing

Shouler- Some old Coopers. Very good, nice low profile.

Elbow- Jofa 5044s. Like them, but due to rashes, am probably going to switch over to V-12s

Gloves- TPS HGTs-really like, just wish palms were better

Pants- Itech 7000s. Picked up from a team that folded in town. Nice, especially for the price.

Shins- Hespeler X Max or something...don't know the name. They're fine.

Skates- 705s, only skate to ever fit my foot properly.

Helmet - Itech HC100 - Light, comfortable on my Charlie Brown head w/ CCM cage

Elbow Pads - Jofa 8025 - Don't move and don't interfere

Shoulder Pads - none, I think I am tough (please don't hurt me)

Gloves - Bauer Vapor XV - comfortable, great mobility

Pant - Tackla 8800 - Light, mobile, nothing to break on them

Shins - Real old, cracked Bauer 3000's - too lazy to replace them, they work

Skates - Bauer Supreme 7000's - my favorite - I tried Mission's and Graf's and kept coming back to these

Sticks - Mission L-2, Easton Synthesis, Easton Ultra Lite, Inno 1100 Standard

Gloves: Sande Max Q, 10 out of 10, Bauer Vapor XX 9 out of 10, TPS Boguniecki HGT's 9 out of 10

Pants: Nike Pro, Predators logo, etc

Shins: Hespeler F4's, great fit, comfortable

Skates: formerly 1052's with tblades, now Nike V-12's, what a skate!

Elbow pads - Bauer 5000, great feel love them

Gloves- Bauer Xv's

Pants - tackla 9000 love them, great weight and feel

Shin pads- Jofa 3500, not to bulky so they fit over my knee braces

Skates - Easton Ultra Lite, Not the greatest skate but fit my feat the best and thats all i can ask for.

Shoulder: Bauer Vapor 10 without caps.

Elbow: Just bought V12 's-tried them tonight and love the fit

Gloves: Eagle x70 microspike -love the palm and duribilty

Pants: Easton Air '03 -great liner(no smell) and flexable with protection

Shins: Easton Air '03 -light, great knee protection

Skates: Bauer 8000 -I believe these to be the best all around skate, so durable

Stick: Vapor XX 87f rh Lindros

last but not least, and head band cut in half and placed in the helmet. jeeps the sweat out of my face and the shield never fogs up. everyone should try it.

visor: itech concept II full shield dremeled into a half shield - good coverage

shoulder pads: cooper techniflex - good protection and light (never need to wear though)

elbow pads: jofa 8025 - forearm only; light and very protective

gloves: tps response - great glove, but first gen cuffs have no protection (added wrist protection myself)

pants: cooper (no clue what model; old as hell) - great movement, not much protection though

shin pads: jofa 8090 - after knee surgery, there was no other choice. fantastic protection. not bulky at all for me. (plus they made 18 inch ones)

skates: bauer 5000 (99-00'ish model) - great fit and black tuuks

sticks: inno 1100 w/s. kariya z-carb, inno 1100 tapered w/whitney synth, and green t-flex w/whitney z-carb.

Helmet: Nike 0004 - used it for years; fits well

Visor: None

Shoulder pads: Jofa 9400 - light, easy to move in

Elbow pads: Old-ass Cooper Techniflexes - just love how they feel

Gloves: TPS HG1/HGT customs

Pants: Tackla 4000 girdle, Tall - light and I prefer girdles in general

Shin pads: Jofa 9090 - like the protection plus they had the long cut

Skates: Nike V-12s - Great break-in; most comfortable skates since my 705s

Stick: Easton A/C 7100 or Grip Lite with my blades - tanks with flexes I prefer

Visor: None, not req.

Shoulder pads: None I play Inline.

Elbow pads: Mission Warp Zero, fantastic feel but poor durability.

Gloves: Vapor XV, just switched but the are less clunky than my 02 Ultra Lites

Pants: Mission Type M (Strap on girlde)

Shin pads: Bauer SG500 very old, very smelly, but very comfy!

Skates: Nike Roller Daddy, best pair I have ever skated in period.

Stick: Nike Ignite P1/Koho C21, Jagr Head, My fav. combo period.

Jock: Bike Senior Jock, always worn a Bike jock.

Shoulder pads: Bauer Supreme 3000, pretty big, but my shoulder is a slinky so I need extra coverage to keep it from falling out.

Elbow pads: Ferland Crusaders. Have to tape them to keep the velcro attached. Probably because my pipes are so big...not.

Gloves: Bauer Supreme 2000

Pants: CCM Supra...oldies but goodies.

Shin pads: Bauer Supreme 6000. The wrap around velcro gets caught when I put my socks on all the time.

Skates: CCM 852's. Like 'em a lot.

Stick: Ultralight shaft with CCM Recchi blade.

Shoulder: Bauer Vapor 6 - pretty good protection, not overly restrictive

Elbow: Mission M-1 - just got them, but I love them

Gloves: Eagle X80's with goatskin palms - love the fit, durable as hell

Pants: CCM 652 - don't really care for these much, I'm looking at the new Bauer 6000's

Shin: Mission Matrix -fit good, don't slip or restrict my movement, cant ask for more, and they only cost me $25

Skates: Externo E-50 - fit my foot like a slipper, like them so much I got a custom Vector pro setup for inline(i play inline more frequently than ice)

underwear: WSI wikmax long sleeve, WSI compression short with cup/clips

stick: Tapered Inno Novius with r2 blade, Novius one piece federov pattern, Vector V120 Stuart

Helmet: Bauer 5000 is the only helmet that fits me. Hate the gel pads and don't much like the look

Shoulder: Graf 703's lightweight and protective enough for this beer leaguer

Elbow: Nike THG whatevers (essentially V-12 without the plastic strap) fit great, and super mobile after a custom modification

Gloves: TPS HGT's 100% nylon and digital palms. Fit, function, looks, they've got everything.

Pants: Franklin 9880's? Pro stocks are super protective but a little heavy/bulky. These are probably going to be retired before too long for something more lightweight like a girdle

Shins: Nike THG whatevers. Good narrow fit for my scrawny legs and ultra comfortable.

Skates: Graf 705's. They fit great, what else can I say.

Sticks: TPS R+ Sullivan SW and TPS XN10 Sullivan W

And since I also play inline my gear is the same as above with the exception of an MBP 8 girdle and pro Graf 703's that have been stitch re-enforced (with Red-Star E-frame chassis.) These skates provide some extra stiffness that's welcome in an inline boot for me. Oh, and no shoulders of course.

Helmet- Nike 0004, Nike Quest. - Started out liking the 0004 better, but since I've broken in the Quest, it's become my favorite.

Sheild- Itech Tinted Pro Wave Visor on the 0004, Nike/Bauer FM4000 on the Quest.

Elbow - Bauer 2000. Loving the price and the protection you get for the buck.

Shin - Bauer 6000. Ehhhhh It's ok I guess. Looking into Nike and Jofa.

Gloves - Bauer X, XV, XX, Mission M-1. I prefer the XV to any of them. Just the right fit.

Skates - Bauer Vapor 10 = Ice. Mission D3 and RL = Roller. Not a fan of the Vapor 10. Looking into Vectors tomorrow at Philbrick's. Love my rollers, though the Helium line looks droolingly appealing.

Shoulder - Sold em off. No need anymore.

Pants - Mission Warp. Paid $30 for them, pretty darn good bang for the buck if I say so myself. Theyve got a high back protection and a nice belly pad in the front.

Sticks - Mission M-1, Bauer XX. Prefer the XX's feel. Dont exactly know why.
