Vapor X60 vs ONE95 sizing

Recommended Posts

So I have a dilemma here... I am still wearing my Vapor XXX (8EE) and am in desperate need of new skates and am looking at either the X60's or One95's... I have heard the X60 is a lot like the Vapor XXX's as for feel of the skate and sizing... however I was thinking about going to the supreme line and the One95's have had nothing but great reviews... so I tried them on in an 8EE and they felt WAY too wide and even a touch too big where the Vapor XXX 8EE is still a touch 'snug' and length is PERFECT... would a 7.5 D in the Supreme fit more like the 8EE in the vapor?

well... I didn't like the XXXX's fit... so now seems as good a time as any to switch and at least try them...

i use an 8c in one95s and when i tried out the x60s i was put into an 8.5d and they fit alright. Just roomier in the forefoot. Hope that helps

Why are people under the assumption that the X60s fit like the Vapor XXX's???????

bc that is what the Bauer rep told me.

You could try a One75. Fit is different from the One95 or X:60. Might be the compromise you are looking for. It's a darn nice skate too!

How is the fit of a One75 different from a One95?

Less stiff.

not just that - 75 has quite a bit less volume & also seems to be quite a bit narrower out of the box (in the same size of course)

How does that fall under "fit?"

I'm in ONE95's. Switched from 9K's. Two very different fits, but couldn't be happier with the switch.

Sorry to bring up a dead thread, trying to understand this.

So a Size 5 X60 will mean a Size 4.5 One95?
