^^Brashear uses OVie's pro curve.

He used to use something close to a Lidstrom retail, that's a major change.

Finally put a butt end in the U+CL Pro Stock, got on the ice on Friday night and I'm loving these sticks!

Great flex + slap shots come off like bullets.

They do however feel extremely dead with the roller hockey puck. The sticks feel dead especially when compared to the Easton S11/S17.

Good feel Phunk! Obviously not as good as the S11/17 sticks. BUT.... it is well and truely acceptable. I think it will only take me 1-3 weeks to get used to these new sticks. Generally it takes me a good month or two before I get used to new models.

The U+ CL actually shoot better with ice pucks then with roller so far. So if you are thinking about getting some I highly recommend. However, I think the grip on mine will wear away quickly, so it will be a candy cane job very soon... only negative so far.

They're very fragile, and puck feel is meh but they do shoot well and are fairly light/very well balanced.

Cheers guys.

I have a few S11's and am not super impressed with the puck feel, and have since gone back to shaft/wood blade combo and feel my game is a lot better for it... but I do feel that my shots have suffered. I told myself I wouldn't go back to a 1 piece but am always tempted!

I do find the S11 really good for inline though.
