I bought a broken Pro Stock Satan SE16 of fatwabbit not to long ago as he converted it into a tapered shaft.

Im just wondering how do people actually get a hold of them in the first place.same with gloves?

I've dealt with Meigray, who runs the auctions and they're legit. They get the stuff directly from the teams. They deal mostly in jerseys.

Wow, the NHL auctions aren't too bad in price, although I'm sure they go up near the end of the auction.

I bought something off the NHL Auction site before (although it was not equipment).

If you do go for a stick, I would make sure you find out the condition of it.

At the Ducks games, they always sell game used equipment... sticks, gloves, skates. However, they usually have a "bend you over twice" pricetag. At the last game, they had sticks at $75 and I found some nice righties.... but when I checked the blades, they were badly cracked. ugh.

The Kings have some stuff in the team store at Staples Center and it isn't too expensive. They also have a pro shop at their practice rink that sells a lot of stuff.
