Blade Breakage

So, the last few sticks i've bought, i have broken the blade in the exact same spot. its around the heel, the composite just seems to smash after 3 or 4 weeks with the stick. A little crack forms, and just splits the blade eventually. Ive had a one95 shaft with various blades, synergy se, o-stick, and an ak27 with different blades. What kinda stick has a durable blade, i really need to find something soon.

You could try an Easton ST. It could also be that you are using the wrong lie. It could be too high and you're contacting the heel more than the rest of the blade.

+1, old/original "super tough" Synergy technology wont make a difference if you're repeatedly breaking blades in the same place.

If I were you I would just switch to a tapered two-piece. It's cheaper to replace a $50 blade than to buy a whole new stick everytime you crack the heel.

I had a similar problem. I narrowed it down to using the wrong lie. I was using a Warrior 4 lie and when I switched to something higher it didn't happen again. Hope it works.
