Replacement CCM Lace Locks

Got a call from a friend tonight that thought he saw replacement lace locks for sale somewhere but can't remember where.... I figured that if anyone knew where to get them they would be on MSH.

He's a couple hundred miles away and has had no luck locally.... Just mentioned it last night so i threw it out to MSH.

THS in Surrey? I know what's on my shopping list next visit. Oh and out of curiosity, could you put the lacelocks on other non rbk/ccm skates? Like on Vapors or Stealths(Example)

I won't be using them again. They gave me a good three years and the boots are just too soft to put on again.

Has anyone successfully installed lace locks on a pair of U+ CLs? Anyone know of a reason it would not work?

I had lace locks on me One95's. Just take a pair of them, and some 3/8" T-Nuts (I believe, it's been a while) make sure you flatten out the T-Nuts, then put the lace locks on the eyelit you want with the t-nuts on the inside of the boot. Screw them down and walla.

It's his store. The Lace Lock is one thing, the Skate Lock is for those who don't want the Lace Lock on Reebok boots but need to make an eyelet out of it.

You can use countersunk screws instead of tnuts. Countersunks are installed from inside the skate, meaning the screwthread are exposed on the OUTSIDE of the boot. Just put a small nut to secure it in place, and then cut off the access screw thread.
