Malkin Pro Curve

Hey all I wanted to know if anyone have pictures of Malkins pro blade curve, and or the specs of it. From what I can tell he seems to use a mid curve. Which I'm looking for. So if anyone had the actual specs of his pro curve, I might be able to go looking for a similar blade, since I have no luck finding pro stock sticks haha.

The one on the left. It's from one of his Dolos but his pattern hasn't changed from what I've seen.

i see them on ebay all the time - if you keep watch on ebay you shouldnt have any problem getting one.

I had one saved for his one95s but since I'm not a lefty I didn't have too much interest and I think they ended. But yeah if you look I've seen in the past month his Vapor XXX, ONE90, ONE95, and EQ50.

I had a Gino 71 Vapor x:60 and it had a very flat curve. It was probably from he was playing the point on the PP

if you google powerplayauctions they usually have one90's and vapor xxx's of his. Nothing at the moment though.

yeah this is the first time i havent been able to find any - for like the past 6 months there has been stuff on ebay constantly and yes doing a search for "malkin pro stock" or "geno pro stock" should work

I have three of his pro stocks. His curve is gradually smaller the later they were used

Dolomite has the biggest, then the one90/xxxx, then the one90 g3, then an x60 I had but sold because the curve was pretty much flat. They definately get progressively smaller. He even used dupuis sticks in the preseason (have one) its very similar to the curve on his s19 from last year. Dupuis is crossed out on the namebar and has" GM"

I have a couple of his Dolomites kicking around that were just hooks compared to a X60 of his that I got, he has also gone to a softer flex compared to his dolomite adn one95

At the Bauer sales meeting last year they had all top players sticks there for people to check out and I believe someone who attended was told that of all the Bauer athletes Malkin probably went through the most tweaking of his curve during the season than anyone else.

A small side note Sidorov:

He's been using a deep, round curve for a while. I have a couple of his S19 repainted sticks and have compared it to some of the EQ50's currently on eBay and the blades don't compare. This new one on his eq50 repaint seems longer and with more of a rocker on it coupled with a tamer curve.

Just making you aware of this since I don't know which curve you've looked at & or want :).

Those "EQ50s" of his don't seem to have quite the hook his sticks once did. Although it is a gorgeous curve.

iit almost looks goligoski-ish. Its not his usual toe shape either. I saw his eq50s at games and I'm 100% it did not have that curve

I ebayed a Malkin Stick a couple weekends ago just awaiting its arrival in the mail, I will post some pics of it when it comes. It's a Total One but would not be suprised if its a repainted stick, how would I be able to know?

TSR in Salem, NH. call them 603-898-7777 and ask if they still have his pro sticks. Malkin is crazy in how many blade profiles he would use. his pro stock stick codes run well in the 100 where most players might have half a dozen or so patterns.

he's been in a scoring funk since last season - it doesn't surprise me that he is experimenting with other curves - on a positive note since his season is over there might be a lot of extra equipment available at the end of this season

THanks I'm looking for that big mid hook banana he uses. After looking at that EQ50 on ebay it definately wasn't that curve I was looking for. I'll keep my eye open for that mid hook like you have. Do you happen to have any pictures of that curve?
