905swag 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2011 canada and usa spend millions on hockey developement programs, some of these euro teams dont have a pot to piss in when it comes to hockey fundingim a canadian, and i love seeing my team spank the opposition but it would be nice if there were more serious contending teams in the tourny.czech republic has never EVER won a game against canada in the juniors for example. and seeing how USA fell short to finland makes it quite clear what this tourny is all about....the age old rivalry between canada and russia....nexxxxxt Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Kind of disappointed because the Canada/US New Years game has become one of my favorite hockey games of the year and this year there is nothing on the line. I don't know what to think about discipline, but I had to like those kids, not taking themselves too seriously, and having fun after the game.
