I have been watching the live streams of the world champs in Germany and lots of new gear on show!

New mission line of skates including small teaser video clips. Alkali gloves that Campbell is wearing for USA are cool as!

I saw campbell was wearing some different alkali skates. I wonder if they're a new prototype or if they are just some old prototypes that he had before.

I just found it awesome that the MVP's of the game get a six-pack of German beer and a stein. Hahaha so awesome.

Gotta love the europeans...well played you were star man and by the way sink this six pack! Some of that German beer kicks out around 12%, good luck with skating next morning!

Some new Alkali LE equipment and skates would be pretty cool. The mission gloves looked pretty sweet but didnt see much of a close up yet!

The Czech Republics mission pants are really fresh! Are they custom designed specific? Would like to see them in a few colourways?!

They are the new mission inhalers. Very similar to the USA pants. I saw them at NCRHA nationals and they are very, very, thin.

the inhaler glove styling is hideous imo, but i love the effort to increase breathability.

In between the streaming there was another teaser video for the Mission Inhaler glove. The jury is still out in my opinion on the gloves! Just have to see what colourways are offered. The pants look really good though!

Regarding the ventilation in the Mission gloves... I like the idea! My Tour gloves are constantly soaked, I play 4 times a week, and they never dry out.

Fair point, was just curious as to whats in the pipeline. The live streaming of these games has been great to watch not mention seeing the latest equipment being showcased.

When I "spoke" the USA was 3-0 and playing extremely well. They couldnt get it together for the game with FIN. The USA jumped out to an early lead and then FIN blew them out in the 3rd. scoring 4 goals. The USA made a hard push in the 4th coming back from 3 goals down to pull within 1 goal and shutting FIN out in the 4th. It was a really good game. Canada on the other hand went 1-2 in the preliminaries losing to the same SLO team they play today. I would imagine Canada will be playing with a chip on their shoulder. Bottom line the USA still beat Canada straight up! Unless Canada takes gold, the highlight of their trip will be the loss to the USA.

Actually, I think the highlight of Canada's 2012 IIHF World In-Line Championship will be either a Gold or Silver Medal. Regardless of how they finish now, this will be one of Canada's highest finishes ever at this tournament.

HaHa you are Definitely right my friend! I watched the game off and on, it was a physical hard fought game. Canada looked very crisp and prepared.Hopefully they can take the Gold, but if GER wins and Canada has to play them for the gold you know it is going to be one rockin game!

Canada-Germany Gold Medal Game! If anyone gets a chance to check it out on livestream tomorrow I defiantly would. It is going to be a pumped up game, the last time Canada was in a Gold medal game was 1998(They won it that year). Lets Hope they can come out on top. But like Sichy said, a silver medal is a highlight itself.

Yes both Semi's were really fantastic games. Today's Gold between Canada and Germany should be a barn-burner! GO CANADA GO.
