Pro Stock Easton Kovalchuk clone pattern.

Recommended Posts

I am in need of players beside Marek Zidlicky that use Ilya Kovalchuks curve or anything similar. Right handed. Who uses kovys curve for Easton besides Zidlicky?

I don't know if he uses Easton, but I know that Zherdev uses (or used) the Kovy Pro pattern.

I have a zherdev barcode for Easton but it is from his ovi clone days :/

Not sure if this is what you were looking for but......

He was using a couple different curves in Atlanta. I recall the team threatening to refuse any shipment of illegal blades after he got called for it in a game. I know he was using at least two for most of his time there.

i have an innovative 1100 prostock and 2 black and green Dolomites that are identical and don't have the "shaved" heel and toe. I got all of these while he was in Atlanta

That is exactly what I'm looking for. Can you post a profile pic of the blade?

Might want to make sure, i think that's a bigger curve than the dolo or widows that kovy uses now. same profile but the pocket in the toe is deeper (giving a bigger hook). I have both and its noticeable.

Ok i wasn't sure. You said you want a Zidlicky/Zherdev/Kovy code but this curve wouldn't be the same as Zidlicky or Zherdev.

The manufacturing mold has been lost/forgotten/destroyed?

They don't work weekends and they answered my question Monday morning at 9 am. I think they are full of crap.

If you think PSHG is full of crap then find somebody else to deal with! If you know so much about the business, open your own shop and put PSHG out of business. The threads you've started on this "wrong curve" issue are going no where. I can understand your disappointment but at some point you have to know when to walk away. I personally am tired of reading your negative postings about a retailer that seems to be trying to make this issue right. At one point I really felt for ya but now you seem to be the type of guy that would complain about being given a $100 for no reason because you feel you're worth $125!!!

Also, it costs money for plants and manufacturers to hold onto the molds as they require upkeep and take up space that other molds can use. I doubt that Easton will keep a mold for an extended period of time for some rec league player.

re: stick production; hold onto a certain custom mold for SE16 manufacturing from 2007 or dump the lot and only keep the most recent Mako/RS manufacturing molds (perhaps a model or two back) with what is the most up-to-date version of the professional's preferred curve?
