Has anyone ordered custom blades or sticks from Eleven Hockey?

I am tempted as I like wood sticks (but would be willing to do a two-piece as well), and it would be awesome to get a custom curve.

I've been debating ordering from them since I would like to buy a couple of woodies again and Sherwood stopped putting out the Bouchard curve. It looks like they have a pretty good set up for the custom woodies, especially since the min order is 3. I'd go for it if that's what you're looking for.

What an interesting company. I wonder why they're deciding to do business in a fading segment?

maybe just because of that reason, I've never seen a custom curve website like that...ever. if anyone has ever used them, I'd really be interested in hearing about them...

I just ordered a bunch of custom autograph sticks from them. They are very easy to work with. I can't comment on the quality of their sticks, but from a customer service standpoint they are doing a good job.

I believe Eleven may have been born from machining/patents/whatever from both Branches and Christian hockey. They have a lot of features Branches used to offer and their drop-downs for custom curve options are very similar to what was used with Christian.

I fully intend on using them when my current OPS's go soft and hacking the blades off won't bother me. They are from the Warrior customizer, so there is no exact replica to it available in 2-peice and I really want to go back to a tapered wood blade/shaft combo...

I am on my second order of custom Eleven wood sticks. I use the Pro Classic ACV Senior sticks. Best wood stick I've ever used. Everything they make, even their standard curves, are made for your order specifically. So, it will take a few weeks to arrive. They respond very quickly to emails. Theres always someone there to answer your phone calls during business hours. They will work with you to get whatever you want. For example, I wanted the double trouble blade wrap they had only listed for their replacement blades on my custom sticks. He made a custom invoice for me and made it happen. I highly recommend using them if you want a wood stick, and they even have a composite stick they are selling now (although you can't get a custom curve for it... yet).

I had Rhino Wrap on my Branches custom blades I had made up a long time ago. I liked the extra texture on the blade and they held up pretty well.

On a lark I emailed them to see if they took over Branches custom patterns with their other technology. Unfortunately, they were all tossed about 10 years ago before the current folks took over. I'll have to hunt around the basement for an old custom to use as a new sample.

shipped them a sample wood blade 2 weeks ago. nice guys there. if you are still a small company, you have time and heart to make genuine crafted-made products that are timeless..and i do believe they have the passion for that. can't wait to hear from them..

Having recently switched back to wood sticks, I took the plunge and ordered one of their Pro Classic ACV Senior sticks. I just got it yesterday and will have it on the ice tonight. Can't wait to see how it performs!

Just sent them a blade to make a sample of. Very easy to deal with quick and painless procedure well let you guys know how they perform. Went with tapered customs. Thought the 20$ fee to match a sample was very reasonable pretty used to curving my own this makes that task disappear, excited to say the least. Also they offer a quicker turnaround if need be thought that was a great option for someone in a bind.

I played my first game with my new Eleven stick last night and I gotta say, I really, really liked it. I got a pattern 1, which is their version of the Easton Modano/Forsberg/Zetterberg/I have no idea who now curve. The curve is different from what I had been using, so it will take me a game or two to get used to it. The balance of the stick was awesome, and so was the weight. The shaft geometry was boxier than a Sher-Wood 5030, but I prefer that, since the Sher-Wood feels a little small in my hands. If I can't get to like the curve, I'm just going to have them build me a custom set!

They offer 50 flex intermediates. Gonna put an order in for a couple noodles today. Pretty excited. How long did it take for you to receive your stick?

hows the weight on the acv stick?

I don't have a way to get the actual weight, but I compared it side by side with a Sher-Wood 5030 and they feel pretty similar to me. It's heavier than any composite, of course, but I've found I like having a heavier stick again.

I've played two games with the stick, and my only concern is shooting with the stick. I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out where the flex point is. With the Sher-Wood I also own, it feels very easy to load up the stick and snap off a shot. With the Eleven, I'm still figuring it out. I've managed to fire off a couple of rockets with it, but I've also flubbed a couple too.

I ordered from Eleven Hockey twice. The first order was the right curve I wanted expect they neglected to change the lie of my sample. And made a exact copy. No big deal. I used the blades but decided I did need a different lie. So, I place a second order. This time trying to get the lie right. They did get the lie right but gave me a completely different curve. And their customer service was no help.

1st order on left. 2nd order on the right.
