What's the difference between the RBK and Reebok 9k girdles, if any?

Is the 9k girdle supposed to not have much padding on the back upper thigh? Or is that just due to the girdle possibly being too small for me? The 9k shells have padding there correct?

It has a decent amount on the lower back compared to other girdles. The shell has a bit of kidney padding.

No, they are the same fit wise. Seams are a bit different.

For those with the 9k, how do you guys go about putting it on? Can't figure out the best order on how to put it on haha.

What I've been doing so far is:

Jock

Socks

Girdle without shell

Shell

shin pads

done

Do you guys just keep the shell on and never undo the leg straps? Like putting on a regular pant?

Girdle with shell (I always leave the legs unvelcro'dwith the shell legs pulled up so the thigh pads are exposed)
