Favorites foods... I have SO many. Let's see, I love Vietnamese Pho and Bun but one of my favourite dishes of all is this Thai noodle soup called Chiengrai City Style at this place back in Pcola. It's nice porky broth with rice noodles, lots of red pepper, pork, dried coriander, and lemon grass. They serve a bunch of sprouts, cabbage, lime wedges, and pork rinds on the side to toss in. It's amazing. I also have taken to Peruvian food lately and Italian will always be my old standby since that's the family heritage.

There's a restaurant back home that has a Lobster penne with asiago cream sauce and sun dried tomatoes. Sabatino's in Baltimore has amazing Italian food as well but I still prefer a nice thick steak on the grill.

Oh man, I love food. Poutine, chinese food, honey garlic chicken wings, dominoes pizza with garlic sauce, some sort of taco fries they sell at my school, the have melted cheese, sour cream and taco meat and no I'm not FAT! I just love food that I'm not supposed to eat. I don't eat any of these(except for maybe chicken wings) on a regular basis. If I did I can't even imagine the size of me.

P.S I can't forget the KFC, that macaroni salad is the shit with some gravy on top. Call me gross but just try it! You won't regret it. The chicken aint bad either. ;)

I don't really have a favorite food, I love all food, lol. My family was in the deli business, so I kind of have a sweet tooth for a good corn beef/pastrami sandwich. But, as asdfa knows very well, I eat pretty much anything.

Oh yeah, and I'm definately to get some poutine at Yonge and Dundas, thanks for the heads up Chadd.

Some as asdf, btw, which part of China do your family come from?

From ... central china, a little bit to the east. Szechuan province for anyone familiar with chinese food, that means I am in tune with all the spicy foods out there. I don't think i've gone a day in my life, except at camp, when i haven't had any spicy food

Dammit! Fries, Gravy, Cheese...I forgot Poutine, or any one of those ingredients as a standalone food product! Pho! Vietnamese spring rolls! Too much good shit to eat!! Grilled fish! Fish and chips! I'm so hungry all of a sudden...chicken fingers...chicken pot pie...pie. i love pie. and ice cream, and coffee...Chinese fast food...instant noodles. Eggs. Man. Ok, I'm going to try and make this my last post on this topic, otherwise I'll be posting forever.

EDIT: Lobster! Shrimp! Scallops! Ok, it's pretty ridiculous how excited I get about food... :P

Peter Lugers' in Williamsburg NYC. Overpriced? Hell yeah. Amazing? Hell YEAH!

Such great steaks...too bad you have to tip the waiter to get him to do anything. Also, they don't accept credit cards other than their own one, it's really funny.

Other places...Graces Trattoria (I thnk that's the name) in the upper-east side. Great italian food. Amazing Penne al vodka and the best shrimp I've ever had.

Also, Chumleys in the village. Incredible atmosphere, great steak and even better prices. I think it was under $20 or exactly $20 for a great 16oz steak.

I'm suffering here in college. Too many different varieties of magic meat...

A few I can think of:

* Pizza (Italian style with thin crust, not the thick American ones (those are hard to find here in Sweden anyway). Topping preferences are other than cheese and tomato sauce, mushroom, shrimp, ham and pineapple)

* Burgers (preferably with lots of cheese but no onions)

* Pasta of all sorts

* Pancakes (with raspberry jam and whipped cream)

Wow, a better question would be what food I don't like.

Can't live w/o beef, preferably a steak medium rare, dry aged please; braised short ribs my mom makes, ox tails, and marrow.........ahh yes, bone marrow.
