It's a charity game that was played this weekend in Vancouver, some of us may have heard about this game because Bertuzzi played in it. Its was also to support the Vancouver Giants of the WHL.

Another pic...Iginla is wearing them...notice he is Bauer'ed out?

It looks like Nike/Bauer sponsored the event (notice Team White's jerseys are made by Nike while all CHL teams have a contract with The Hockey Company). I would imagine that Iginla might have brought his sticks in a bag on the plane but was supplied with all the rest of his equipment for the game. I think if he was really switching to Nike/Bauer that he would probably at least have a helmet that matched his uniform.

It was an awesome game might I add. Everyone was trying moves that they would never get away with in a game. Almost like watching the harlem globetrotters.

Nope...I think there's a little more to the Iginla story. The guy checking Iginla is Scott Hannan, and he's wearing Easton gloves.

Ture. A lot of players were wearing equipment that they do not normally wear (ie. Bauer helmets) except for a few llike Bertuzzi and Ryan Smyth wearing the old Jofa helmet (what a surprise!). Some players were also wearing the Eagle "Canada" gloves.

This charity game is here, in Prince George, tomorrow. Although Iginla and Bertuzzi were not on our list of players I am still hopeful that one of them will show, because Iginla is playing in the Kamloops game on Wednesday, so why wouldnt he play here too? But I may be wrong. I will let you guys know if Iginla is here what the situation is, aswell with other players too.
