If they have it in stock, they should be great. same here, they sometimes don't have the correct info on what the wait is or if it's in stock. and they don't call you if it's not available right away. so just give them a call to order. They didn't even call and I wait 3 weeks before I had cancelled my order.I placed an order 2 days ago. I called this morning and Ryan said it would ship today. I called back this afternoon to see if it shipped and another guy told me they only had 1 out of 4 things on my order. ORDER CANCELLED and LOSS OF CUSTOMER. The guy said "They are the same, just different color." I told him specifically(naming features and differences) that he was wrong and he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Brokensticks 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2008 I like going in the one in Kirkwood, MO at 44 and Lindbergh, but sometimes the kids/guys they have in there are more concerned about staring at the clock figuring out how much time is left in their shift rather than helping you out. While I realize that can happen anywhere, the fact that there is a Johnny Mac's sporting goods located about 2 miles away that has a pretty decent selection would seem to me to be a good incentive to offer better service. That being said, my brother has purchased his goalie equipment almost exclusively through them because they have been so helpful for him. You probably ordered closeout or clearance stuff that they had to look for which probably took time to find. If you shop at any online store you will see that they either have "while supplies last" like total hockey or on hockey monkey on each clearance item they have "All clearance items are first come first serve, stock is not guaranteed."
