Swedish Hockey... MoDo (Naslund) Video Included!

MoDo (the team in white jerseys) is from my hometown and I watch all of their home games (this was an away game though). This particular game was played on the 23rd of January and MoDo beat HV71 5-4, and Naslund scored two goals and had one assist.

You can check out the stats and rosters and stuff like box scores from all rounds on this site...

Is it just me or does it seem like the goalies are weak?

They didn't seem to be able to control their rebounds very well...Good find on the clip, though. Thanks, buddy.

sweet video mate, one thing i noticed was on most of the goals, the goalies didnt butterfly properly, they kinda dropped with their legs more behind them than at the sides, also left their 5 hole way open. no stick their or nothing!

Anyone else see this? or is it just me?

A lot of goalies in my club have this problem.

Here are a few sites where you can see clips with highlights from Swedish games. The first one is the best as it doesn't require registration, just click on the links that say "Se matchbilderna". Or even better, pull down to "Video Ishockey" in the blue field to the left where it says "Senaste video" and then a window will open, and there's also a pulldown menu there where you can get highlights from previous rounds as well.

The other two sites below are kind of useless in a way as they require registration. The first one is free to register (but some contents can still not be viewed unless you pay). The second link is a pay site where you pay a monthly fee. Although it's possible to watch highlights from the last round (click on the button "Aktuellt"), until noon Swedish time (Sweden is 6 hours ahead of EST time zone, so basically until 6 AM EST) the day after the game. After that they will only be available in an archive which you need to pay for in order to see it.

Sorry didn't see your question until now. :P

A game here (for watching MoDo Hockey's home games) is typically $30 (American), but there are standing room tickets as well and those are cheaper, $17.50 for adults and $8.75 if you're born in 1987 or later. I would believe these prices are pretty much about the average prices for the whole league.
