4 cops killed by my home town.

This morning four cops were killed while cleaning up a hydroponic grow operation about 30 mins away from where i live. The person running this op was tooking into custoday last night and was released this morning . He then proceeded to go home take his high powered rifle go into the barn where the cops were cleaning out his operation and kille all 4 of them. I think this is senseless violence that doesn't need to happen. These grow operations need to be shut down some how. What do you guys think the solution to this is ? Tighter penalties for posession and gorwing? Legalization. Just would like to hear some thoughts.

The place was boobie trapped. The cops had busted his operation the night before. the cops were guarding it when the detachment released the guy and he came home and shot the cops.

They released him on some peace of justice thing. Then the cops who were cleaning out his grow op were ambushed by him and 4 were killed and 1 seriously injuered. I think its absolutely retarded this guy was let out.

Definately, I read about the whole story in my local newspaper.. There were like 5 pages regarding the issue.

Just remember that even if pot was legal in Canada that could still have hapenned cause specialized companies woud produce the marijuana and personal growth to sell on the black market would still be illegal just like it is with tabacco currently.

The activity of growing weed would still happen, but instead of being taken into custody he'd probably be thought of as someone holding a job like a pornographer or something.
