Ranger-#8 1 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 Does your LHS have both in stock already? If so, what type of curve/ flex do you like?
MNdgame 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 Get whichever one has the curve you like, 2 weeks is a short time to adjust.

shootnscore19 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 well if it were to be the tps i would get a whip nash. but i dont know about the reebok. probably an intermediate with the datsyuk since its the only thing great skate has.
Chadd 916 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 considering the fact only a very small number of people here have used either, and it's doubtful anyone has used both, nobody will be of much help.

Fedorov91 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 Well I think the most important thing is to get a stick with a pattern and flex that you're used to. Whatever new stick you get, make sure it has a similar curve to what you were using before because you dont want to be trying to adjust to a whole new stick during an important game. #94 3 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 I used the Adrenaline recently. It's basically an XN10 with that much better feel, if you can imagine that...I would recommend it.
the iceman 132 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 If you are going to get a new stick, I don't think it would be a good idea to buy something sight-unseen (especially a OPS).
Ogie Oglethorpe 14 Report post Posted March 14, 2005 What he said. Especially if you're uncertain about the curve and lie.
kovalchuk71 212 Report post Posted March 15, 2005 I used the Adrenaline recently. It's basically an XN10 with that much better feel, if you can imagine that...I would recommend it. How much better is the feel?Is the blade as "hot" as the stealthI would reccomend that if you have used TPS sticks and liked them, go with a TPS...I wouldnt take a chance on something youve never experimented with
SB39 2 Report post Posted March 15, 2005 Hey, are you going to the NCRHA nationals, just out of curiosity? I'd say get the Adreneline w/ the Nash curve, but whatever. Kids with those super high end sticks usually get slashed more than other kids in my league, but that's west coast, and I don't know about where you play. Good luck... Chesterfield12 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2005 holy crap, two weeks? i say stick with the old stick, its a porven stick and nationals is a bad place to, "try something new" when your old stick got you to Nationals in the first place.
