Forums are mahogany and exports are poplar. I dont recommend exports because for the price you can get into a nice birch or maple kit. And every kit except for high end kits with virgin kicks come with mounted toms.

I would try to go for a Sonor 505 or Pearl Forum. Both are great beginner kits. Gotta get some new pics of my kit, got some new stuff today.

Well the only good cymbal I have right now is a Sabian handhammered dark crash that I got with money from christmas. The other crash is a zildjian zbt. The hats are sabian b8pros as well as the splash. The ride is actually good too, its a no logo zildjian k made in Canada. I dont know how familiar you are with drumming but zildjian and sabians owners are brothers. All zildjian cymbals made in canada at the time were k's. When one of the brothers split, he got the zildjian factory in Canada and made Sabian. All the cymbals except for the HH dark crash are from my old used kit. I upgraded the kit in the summer and now Im working on cymbals. You drum?

Switched to XXX's after my G-35's broke down on me. And I do shoot LH, broken SL on that exact play, my LW'er gave me his XX and jumped to the bench to grab a new twig..but now I understand what you guys say about durability.. I'm in the white BTW Nice takedown! If you were in the blue I doubt you would have picked that picture. :lol:

Thanks for the catalogue guys, keep them coming. I really hate what they did to the look of the stealth. They shoudnt have messed with that colour scheme. Im glad they got rid of the neon green st and the synergy II looks pretty good.

do you know where i could find a PT3 int. XX? Do they even make them? ive been looking all over and cant find them anywhere. They dont have the pt3 on the xx until the 05 sticks come out then it will be the p92 (naslund).

Im not crazy about the xx stickum. I liked the traditional xx. Luckily for christmas I got a regular xx that has the grip but not the ugly paint job.

Product- Eagle X70 Use of Product- 1 Year Fit- This gloves are loose fitting compared to other gloves on the market. I really like them for this reason because i dont like my hands feeling restricted in a tighter glove. (10/10) Protection- These gloves have good protection but nothing over the top. They are doing their job though because as a defenseman I have blocked shots and have been hacked with no injuries. They do have a smaller cuff compared to others. (9/10) Weight- When I buy a glove I dont look at weight but these gloves are very light. (10/10) Durabilty- These things have taken a beating and the only thing to show for are some stick and puck marks. The palm is amazing and has lasted longer than any other palm I have used. They look brand new after 1 year. (10/10) Intangibles- Aside from all the great features these gloves also have a wide range of colour combinations which is a big plus. Overall- These gloves are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I havent used anything better. The only reason why I didnt give these a 10 out of 10 is because there is always room for improvement. Overall Score- 9.9 out of 10.
