  1. You guys do a fantastic job, I am there (3rinks) often just to get my skates done.
  2. new bucket; E700. Lightest one of the top end helmets by far, and provided a nice fit, it also looks sharp. The warrior had a nice fit too, but it was way too fugly. the 7500 will now be retired, seems like a lot of them have the padding come off due to the glue losing its hold, I guess I could have used some sort of strong glue to put it together but I got some good usage out of it.
  3. I haven't skated with them yet, but they do feel a little stiff out of the box, but I'm sure they'll be broken into nicely. The liner is great along with the strapping system. In the 2013 Warrior Catalogue JR mentioned that the AX1 will mimic what the 7k pros and what they had to offer and they certainly seem that way, plus some improvements in some aspects. Here's a thread that covers these elbows, on the second page I've uploaded a few more pics to show their fit, size, and how they match up the the RBK's. I will give a long term review once I wear them for a couple of months. http://www.modsquadhockey.com/forums/index.php/topic/63597-new-warrior-elbow-pads/
  4. Picked up a retail RS II and Mako. Both 85 flex P3(Hall), Grip, LH, and a pair of Warrior AX1 Elbows. Finally time to say goodbye to the 7K pros and put them up for sale.
  5. For the first time ever on this forum, I'm utterly jealous. This isn't fair. What you have, I would do anything for. How did you even??? The curve is amazing on those pro stocks, P92ish?
  6. Would that mean that say an RS II with the P3 curve will have a different lie and rocker compared to the E3 but the pattern itself will stay the same?
  7. Stick: Warrior Widow SE, Easton RS II, RBK 20K (all grip) Skates: Bauer TotalOne w/ Step Steel Velocity Helmet: Bauer 7500 Visor: Oakley Straight Cut Visor Pants: Eagle X88 Gloves: Warrior Franchise Shoulder Pads: CCM U+ Crazy Light Elbow Pads: RBK 7K PRO Shin Pads: CCM U+ Crazy Light
  8. Nice mitts and Nexus. Probably the only Bauer stick I'd want to have. Do your CL shins happen to making rattling noise in the knee cap when you shake them? Seems to be a reoccurring event with these shins, personally I'm a little chocked, hopefully mine will be replaced under warranty.
  9. Where do u sharpen skates? might just have to make a visit.
  10. Can't get over how perfect the socks are for that set. Great stuff man.
  11. Do you have heart set on the AX1? Because the ax line is meant to be a "classic" fit line so it won't be nearly as narrow as some other products like the bauer apex or easton RS. However an Int 15" will be a lower volume pad compared to a 15" SR. Also I wouldn't pay too much attention to a shop comparing sizes of pads across brands, just follow the sizing chart of warrior. And at your height of 5"9,a 15" pad is the size to go for and 14" would be a mistake. My two cents anyways, hope it helps.
  12. You're right, the E7 however will only be offered in their top tier sticks only.
  13. How old are you? because if you're still growing, it would be best to go with the INT 15 in my opinion. Also, iv checked out the ax2 shins, they look like awesome pads with a great liner and good protection. Im going for the ax1 elbows asap to replace my 7k pros.
  14. The iginla curve is now scrapped. E36 replaces it and is a P88 clone.
  15. That looks fantastic. Congrats
  16. where does one get the pro series elbow pads? can't seem to find anything on them. thanks
  17. so you have warrior gloves with the mia logo. so rare. been looking forever for a set like that
