Playing Midget AAA Thats midget AAA ?? Where at? I play midget AAA too but we are not nearly as big as that. I mean we have big guys like that but we have alot of small guys. You must be up north somewhere where there is alot of talent and size...

Pantherfan -- my hex one didnt last to long. it was cool while it lasted, but that was four sticks ago! wickedwrister, the ice skates are bauer 6000's. theyre heavy for todays standards, but to be honest, theyre the only ice skates ive ever owned. after one got to small id get another size. love em. kovalchuck -- the mulecats ya. theyre a pretty good team, not AAA, but just right for AA. they gave us a good game when our 89's couldnt show to a tourny, but with our 89's there we kinda blew them away. they are a great team to play with. we like to hang out with em at the hotels.

I agree with your point there, for the customer who wants to save and just get a good deal, but alot of guys on this board will pay more if they purchase from the lhs becuase they want it to keep running and give them the service they need.

when i purchase a stick i will sit there with about three sticks im deciding on for about 30-45 min before i spend. I wont flex hardly. maybe once. Pretty much just want to hold it and put the blade on the ground so i can feel balance and grip and that stuff. I agree that flexing proves no point at all except when your picking the stick you want and cant decide between 85-100.

haha, what do you guys play in your shop? Usually I hear some ACDC and metallica and that stuff. thats about it.

Darkstar you have a crew? Like guys that help run your store? Around here nobody has a crew to run theyre store because they are lucky to get one person in an hour. Heres something from the customers point of veiw. And I respect all the lhs but do you guys dislike skate sharpenings? Everytime we ask a guy to sharpen our skates he does this huge sigh and a expression on his face like it takes hours of labor. Whenever I want my skates sharpened I will come extra early before my game so Im like 1 1/2 hour before the game starts that way he has plenty of time to do my skates. Is that just around here?

Ive been trying to get the perfect stride down since I was 11. Like you said, bending the waist and not the knees, is a very weakspot for me. Stickhandling is my plus, Im gonna keep workin on the knees though.
