  1. FatAndSlow: Thx but I don't think that info will help. I've e.g. measured size 4 og size 5 Red Star Alloys against each other, and they are exactly the same size in that part of the frame you've measured, but the 5's mounting plate was longer and wider.
  2. FatAndSlow: Usually Red Star mark their frames with a number somewhere on the mountingplate.
  3. Sweet. On a related note I'm conteplating buying the aftermarket vanguard (which I can see you already did). Does anybody know what mounting plate will be bigger. a size 5 Red Star frame or a size Medium Vanguard?
  4. Damm I'm feeling alot better about my 9stick collection, that I still want to shrink down. Mission Ion 100flex Broken Z-bubble with an Oggie Grip in it. Broken v10.0 taper shaft with a little wood pliug in it. CCM V110 OPS stiff flex #5 curve 2xBauer One80 102flex 2xRbk Sickick Taper shafts Stiff flex (are real 100flexes) Ballistik Caliber 52 Taper shaft 95flex. Since Ballistik is hands-down the best shaft I've ever used, and I've used all top models from everybrand (xn10 was closest but shitty durability), I'm starting to pay less atention to the fact if a piece of gear is a no-name brand or not. Usually I'd didn't care if it was Bauer/CCM/Easton/Mission, but it had to be a well known brand. Now I'm thinking I'm gonna pick of a pair of Fury Gloves (traditional) as they seem very nice, and the only thing (previously) holding me back has been the name on the cuff...
  5. Man your stick seems really short. Must be an annoying team to play against btw ;-)
  6. Still no converted Kor shift 2's?... damm I'm gonna end up doing them just because nobody else bothered... lol.
  7. Dman: Love the jersey. Besides that it's always nice to see teams that don't play in standard uncrested NHL jerseys with their own logo.
  8. LOL Rollerball, I feel like I'm running down memory lane on acid... I'd definantly cry if I got beat 1on1 by a rollerball skater, amazing find!
  9. Those tacks are awesome! Never seen that model/color combo before.
  10. Would be awesome if you chipped away the labeda decals and paint, so it was all silver. Alot of work though.
  11. Dunno the MSRP but they are expensive. The blades are light and have good performance, but really shitty durability, I suggest to stay away from them. The 52se taper shaft I have is absolutely amazing, still going strong, super light and good pop on the shots. It's the best shaft I've ever had, and I've had top-end shafts from all major companies.
  12. I think I'm right between small and medium. Had the same "problem" when choosing a red star alloy frambe, but size 5 redstar fits my boot slightly better than a size 4, according to my local mounting guru who measuered everything.
  13. If you use a size 7, Vector 10.0, it would also be a size medium Vanguard right?
  14. Should have dyed the rocker arms the same color of grey as the boot, that would be perfect.
  15. But your honest and that's the most important thing. Btw I've played against some really good female goalies, so anythings possible. Think the Swedish national team goalie play's Mens D1 hockey in the States.
  16. I know a coulpe of pro icehockeygoalies and most of them skate average at best if you put them in the "outfield" but their closing speed backwards is really good. Needless to say they all played on defense.
  17. Ups my mistake, wrong Megan Fox... They are both actresses. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1504121/
  18. imdb say's she's born in 1980... There's a guy on my team still using the M-boots, they have outlasted 2½ chassis so far (3rd pair are getting pretty wasted = ½)
  19. She's 27.... how old is she supposed to be in transformers? 16-17? typical Hollywood.
