Are there any Video links to the more recent Perron/Blues action that you guys have been talking about? Not getting many Blues games here as of late. Allot of Penguins, Ducks and Wings games being played on cable.

There's always "Just for Men", Mack.

haha, you are lucky i didnt put the others up... i deemed them inappropriate... Is that Keeley in your Ava? Trust Chelsea to find the hottest skank mag model and put her in their jersey. Does this mean Man U gets Lucy Pinder? ;) PS: Drewhunz, you've got some pubez on your stick matey, lol (see pic 2).

This was on NHL.com today... David Perron will start the season with the NHL's St. Louis Blues Canadian Press Oct 2, 2007, 5:33 PM EDT ST. LOUIS - David Perron, who wasn't drafted by an NHL team when he first became eligible last year, will start his hockey season with the St. Louis Blues. The 19-year-old right-winger from Sherbrooke, Que., helped the QMJHL's Lewiston Maineiacs into the Memorial Cup tournament last spring. After an 83-point regular season that included a plus-37 plus-minus rating, he piled up a team-leading 28 playoff points. With his name back in the NHL entry draft in June, the Blues took him 26th overall. Perron was a longshot to land an NHL job this autumn after only one season of major junior hockey. When Lewiston took him in the QMJHL draft, he was the 101st player selected.

Whats the new bucket like out of the box in terms of comfort wise? I have a football head and always found the older CCM helmets would pin certain sections of my scalp causing pressure aches from the way it fit.
-
I see it, but I still don't beleive it. What are they like weight and stiffness wise? I'd seriously consider buying a pair just to lock up and display. Great stuff.
-
On Ebay you say? I wonder, where they the real deal with a players name etc on the back or blank? I can't recall IHA ever selling any of the older type online. Generally the only way to get was to earn it.

Worst Aus National team jersey of all time. The Nike ones before that were so much better.

I beleive they call that "Put up and shut up" But seriously, all this talk of bad skates and not one picture of the dreaded FILA skates? ;)

Custom Skates / Ice to Inline Conversion
Aussie Joe replied to cougarscaptain87's topic in Roller Hockey Equipment
You need to get an account from somewhere like Photobucket. Upload the pic to your account then just cut and paste the URL in when posting via the "add image" form. Don't do what Badger19 did and upload a massive pic either. You should be able to get your hands on some free image mod software (if you aren't handy on Photoshop etc) and crop the image into a satisfactory size. My Hot Shots have lasted almost 2 and half years now, they are great wheels and I've worn them on painted concrete, wood, SportsCourt and OrbCourt. Welcome to ModSquad as well! :)- 2846 replies

Ended up baking them yesterday and today Im wearing them whilst watching a movie. So comfy now they really feel like they are re-made for my feet. Great skates, worth every penny.
-
Once were top of the line, allot like the XXX's considering we now have the XXXX's gracing our stores. ;) They are a few years old but I always wanted a pair.
-
I have had the gloves for a few months now (they are amazing!) and today I just added the skates. My 1st pair of top of the line Ice skates. They are so good they broke my scoring drought, I ended up with 1 goal (awesome breakaway goal) and 1 assist. We won the game 3-0. Ex-Andreas Lilja Vapor XXX, the palms and flexibility on these are insane, he really worked them hard. Only used about 15-20 sessions, paid 40% of the normal retail price, Im very happy with these and will be moreso once they are baked and set to my feet.
-
No they are a little more snug on the fingers and the opposite side of your knuckles (whatever the correct term for that specififc part of your palm is).
-
Tried on the stock colour version the other day at my LHS, man these things are comfy and tight. I know what I'll be buying when my Lilija Vapor XXX's die.

Custom Skates / Ice to Inline Conversion
Aussie Joe replied to cougarscaptain87's topic in Roller Hockey Equipment
I tried on the XXXX's a few days ago, I was not a fan one bit. Instantly feel in love with the ONE90's and Synergy 1200's. Both very comfy out of the box. Im really tempted to buy both and let the best one that win's get converted via Sprungs. My old A6 closeouts are still roll'n and rock'n hard. Tonight was the 1st night the really felt like they were doing everything 100% they are supposed to. PS: The A6's are moved from my Mission 1500 boots to my Bauer XR's. What a difference the change makes!- 2846 replies

Icewarehouse.com as some shiny ones, but I think the MIA website used to have custom orders, but I can't seem to find it. This place sells them as well as some sweet Muskokas! http://www.behindthemask.com/html/hockey_gloves.htm
-
I bought them when they were 120 for 100 over Ebay including shipping. They are without a doubt the best gloves I have ever bought. Im in the process of ordering a custom pair, 1st time I will buy hockey gear in Aus for a few years.
-
Someone at Mission definately sent their kid to college because of you. ;)
-
Nice bit of product placement thats for sure... pity they don't sell that drink in Aus, I've definately been made to buy some now! ;) PS: NJ35, where did you get the nylon Easton's from? Ebay or special order?
-
Jason, your diligence to this post is admirable. Keep up the good work... Where can I buy Salming online? Especially a store that will ship overseas? Also, do you currently have a distributor here in Australia? If not I might know someone who would like the gig.
