jibby....the only thing I'd do different with those skates is buy blue laces instead of dying white ones. The blue would be much darker....like the toe of the holder. But other than that...it's a good look.
-
To the best of my knowledge I have no relatives in Minny
-
Victory or not..I have a friend who would give you shit for pouring out a Stella...and for drinking it from a can *L*
-
As long as I spelled "CROSBY" right it's okay *L*

More Jerseys: (Top L to Bot R) Hamilton Bulldogs (3rd 2006) - Maxime Lapierre / Bulldogs (3rd 2005)- Andrei Kostitsyn Habs - Steve Begin / 1998 NHL ASG (Personalized with My Name and fave #) Colorado (Old Starter Rep.) - Joe Sakic / Team Canada - Sydney Crosby (World Jr #9) KOHO Authentic Saku Koivu. I've also got my MSH that I had done up with name & number. But it's packed up for tonight. I've got another Habs white (unlettered), An Eastern Conf. 2004 ASG that I MIGHT get Souray on...and a Team Finland that I am waiting for a Koivu letter kit.
-
I'd be all over that. People think I'm a little nuts for the number of jersesy I have...If only they knew he rest of you MSH nuts. Most of you probably make my collection look tame.

5-1 Plymouth. David put on a great display of his skill. Only 3 pts in the tourney (1G 2A)...but he got a lot of attention/spotlight from the announcers. I didn't get to see all of his games, but I'm glad I got to see what all the hype has been about. Good job David...you and the Maine-iacs should be very proud of what you accomplished this season. Next stop Columbus. Best of luck.
-
I love how the Sportsnet guys are referring to David Perron and his Lewiston Maine-iacs. They're putting this whole tourney on his shoulders...and the way he's playing so far tonight...he's relishing it...he's up to #10 as well (according to SN) Tough break for Bernier though.
-
Yup, just as I posted they score. 1-0 Lewiston. Goal called back. I think they deemed it was directed in with his arms/hand.

Its a replica...no way i could spend the $ for an authentic. It seems to work really well. I've dropped some water on it and it seems to just jump right off. the replica jersey is pretty thin but i still love the fit of it. It's definitely my favorite jersey. I'm thinking about getting one when they come out in the Fall, but I was worried that the Rep's wouldn't wick like the "real" ones. Do you wear the same size in it as your other jerseys?
-
Is that a Van Halen logo or Waylon Jennings?
-
Is that ASG jersey an authentic or a replica....either way....how is the water wicking material? I've been told they will both have it, but the Auth's will be a little thicker material than the Rep.
-
David...do you have a MSH hat with you there? You should try to get it into a post game interview...Or are there rule about what you can & can't wear on TV? I've been at my GF's all weekend without Sportsnet or RDS so I haven't seen any games yet...I hope to see some this week.
-
TSN just showed early highlights of that game. Nice tip by David...and they also spotlighted him during the warm up...skating around juggling a puck on the end of his blade. Does Central Scouting re-rank after the Memorial Cup ends...or is the end of the regular CHL season the last official ranking.
-
Don't forget the 'tendy...that's Netminder32 isn't it?
-
Great camera work.

Now if only I could get the damn Chat Applet to load. If I can't...Congrats David. Good luck in Van-City! I hope the atmosphere you guys go to there is as good as it was in London a few years ago. It's a fantastic experience (as a fan) I can only imagine what it's like as a player. [EDIT] The Mem Cup Schedule for those who want to follow David's tourney http://www.chl.ca/CHLMemorialCup07/070125.html

1 in 4...but that is hardly scientific.
-
What channel/network? i hope he gets picked by the habs....if he gets picked by the leafs he will be the leafs player i'd cheer for I hope he DOESN'T gets picked by the habs. Why? He'd probably spend 5-10 years in the minors. Maybe not quite 10 years *L*....but I'm in Hamilton...so I'm interested in David as a future Bulldogs as well as a future Hab.
-
What channel is carrying "Q" playoffs games. I've checked RDS...nothing listed.
-
Montreal picks @ 12. Trevor Timmins has a good eye for talent. It could happen.
-
Update: Traded my Mark Bell Synergy to my buddy's son for one of his Mikhail Grabovski (Hamilton Bulldogs) RBK Sick Kicks. It's a very Drury-ish curve, but it's a Stiff (45) Flex...haven't had a chance to use it yet.
-
Did you manage to get onto the Official backdrop for all the interviews....
-
Update: Helmet: Pro Bauer 5000 (bought at the Habs equipment sale a couple weeks ago).
-
Have you had any trouble with those screws on the visor? I had to buy longer screws when I doubled up the spacers on mine (Itech visor on a Bauer 5000). I was afraid the heads of the screws might pull through the visor slots....the heads aren't nearly as big as what Itech supplies.
