From the rep that sent me the files.

OPS or blade? High end or cheap?
-
Been playing phone tag with the rep for a couple weeks but finally got in touch today. If you like the look of the new XN10, there's some stuff coming this fall that you might like.
-
Because that's the way they always do it (happens way too often). Some of the old time "experts" will do it without even asking you and think they're doing you a favor.
-
I loved the original response, durability sucked but the feel was nice and soft. When they went to pre-peg with the R+ and XN10, the blades got harder. The new ones are harder still. I popped one of the new blades into an old XN10 and compared them the other day and it wasn't even close. Good thing I have enough old blades for the new shafts.
-
That is of major importance to them. I wish they would offer a blade designed for optimal feel as well as the heavy duty one.

The first disc was good old fashioned rock and roll. The drugs and egos took their toll on the next several discs. I saw them open for Aerosmith around the time the first disc came out, great show. If you like that stuff also check out Cry of Love, Brother Cane and The Screaming Cheetah Wheelies. They came out in the early 90s and had some good sounding stuff, but never went anywhere with it. Suggested songs Cry of Love Peace Pipe, Too Cold in the Winter Screaming Cheetah Wheelies Shakin the Blues Brother Cane Got no Shame (hell anything off the first disc)

The older I get the more I realize that steel drums make every song better. I can listen to just about anything with musical value but a catchy melody and some steel drums make me smile every time. Now where did I put that rum.....

It became the Perry

Honestly I have no idea why they did that. The quick answer with TPS is the higher the number, the better the stick. Just because the R6 has three flex zones doesn't mean it's better than the R8, just that they used a different construction method to make the stick.

If you look at page 23 of the catalog, 061 (nash) is listed as 5/8 heel curve with a round toe. The 119 (bergeron) is again the sakic clone. Deeper means bigger, Nash used to be a half inch curve, now it's a 5/8" curve.

Any lower and you'll be banging your knees on your chin.

Nice skate but we couldn't even give them away.

http://www.oggiegrip.com/sticky-grip-foam.php Intro: I've been using this stuff for a couple years now and I love it. Joe is also releasing a roll of the foam so you can get the straight stuff without all the shapes. That's a nice option if you're older or are a little more traditional. Weight: I just use the straight line pieces off of the sheet. I wrap two lines around the top of the shaft and tape over that. Adding as little as I do there is no more weight than if the stick was taped. In fact, I would bet that my tape jobs with the foam weigh less than my old ones that are simply knobs of tape. Performance: More than anything, it saves the palms of your gloves. If you tend to hold the top of the shaft in the palm of your hand, you tend to wear a hole in the palm where the butt end sits. I used to go through gloves every few months because of this. With the Oggie foam, I end up replacing my gloves less often. The spongy grip is also a little less tiring on the hands and forearms if you're constantly battling in front of the net or along the boards. I also find that it dampens vibration ever so slightly, improving the feel of just about any stick. Intangibles: If you have big hands, this will give the butt end a little larger diameter. If you have smaller hands, slightly shaving down a wood plug will give you the room you need to add the foam without increasing the shaft diameter. Durability: After a couple months, the foam will lose its sponginess and you will have to replace it.I have never had the foam rip or come loose in game play. In fact the only negative I have is that it can be a pain to scrape off the old foam when it's time to put on some new stuff. A razor blade and a little patience is allit takes, but I usually only have the first one. Anecdote: I was testing some sticks the other day and yanked plugs off of some old pre-oggie foam sticks. After 45 minutes of constant shooting, I had blistered the palm of my top hand, something that hasn't happened to me since I started using Oggie Sticky Foam. Conclusion: I love this stuff, I really do. While I rarely gush over any product, especially a cheap accessory, I do so with no shame over this stuff. I highly reccommend this stuff for anyone who makes a knob on the end of ther stick or wants a bit softer grip on the end of their stick. I have turned a couple of goalies on to this stuff and they claim that it works well for them at the point where the shaft and paddle meet.

If only I could show you guys the stuff that UPS delivered this morning.

Those V-Hex are one-piece sticks.... the V-Hex 2 is a tapered shaft/tapered blade combo. As for the rest of your post, I dunno where you're getting at... so yeah. oh didnt know that was 2-piece, and that campor or w/e isnt good I'm tired of trying to figure out wtf you're saying. Warning added and placed on mod approved posting

I've become a regular on an FJ Cruiser forum over the last few weeks. Picked up a bunch of good info and some good deals on add-ons.

You can often find the remotes on ebay and there should be instructions on the internet somewhere. Usually it's something like turning the key in the ignition a couple times, dancing around the car under a full moon and sacrificing a chicken.
-
I'm all for loading up on something that you lovem hence my stick collection. I just found the fingers in the M1 retails to be too stubby for my liking.
-
How much force are you putting on the gas pedal to snap that off?
-
Different chain, same idea. They run for three months or so at a time and you get 10 cents off for every $100 you spend. Last week they had specials where if you bought X number of products from a list, you would get 20 cents extra off as well.
-
That always helps but in your case you fill up then 3 weeks later gas is like 50 cents higher than when you initially filled up. I was on a business trip for a week and came back to see a 30 cent jump in the price of regular. I'm just hoping something happens to drive prices back down. I tossing around the idea of a new Camaro or Challenger next year after I get my masters. Hopefully prices are somewhat lower. Though, those new LS2's are pretty fuel efficient for a beefy V8. The local grocery store has a deal where you amass points that can be used for discounted gas at their stores with pumps. We push the rules a bit and fill both of our cars when we get the discount points up high. When we filled up earlier this week it was $90, including the 50 cent per gallon discount.
-
I am down to 17mpg but I can go three weeks or so between fill-ups because I'm out of town so much.
-
Whip, as Regular is 90ish

If it drives up the price of the high fructose corn syrup they use in coke, maybe they'll switch back to real sugar. There has to be an up side somewhere.
