i am looking to put the super feet in a pair of vapor x90 skates size 7.5EE Should I get the size 7.5-9D or the 9.5-11E? I know both would have to be cut down to fit thanks

any suggestions on how to mount a concept 3 on a ccm 710 helmet? the front screw holes are too far apart. I tried cutting to the clips but the remaining plastic loop holding the facemask is very thin and I don't think it would last long. Are there different front clips available that would make it work?

Does it come in a p14 pattern? CCM website does not list it, but some online retailers have it listed

CCM Super Tacks Skate Initial Thoughts
jeffg replied to JR Boucicaut's topic in Ice Hockey Equipment
sent my jet speeds off to JR and got Lightspeed holders put on them. They look great. Love the Jetspeed boot but felt off balance with the ccm holder. Skated many years in Bauer skates, which is probably the reason, but I just could not adjust. Hoping this helps Thanks JR -

Got a pair of jet speed skates. Love the boot but not the blade/holder. I can not get use to the pitch either. I want to trade out the holders for Tuuk light speed. My current skate is a size 7.5 EE. the holder size on SB 4.0 is 271. To keep from having to drill new holes what size tuuk holder would you use? 272? I don't see bauer offering a 271 size holder -

catalogue review 2016 Bauer Hockey Catalogue
jeffg replied to JR Boucicaut's topic in 2016 Product Catalogue Reviews
At almost $1000.00 dollars for the top skate, will be curious to see how many are sold. I think we have reached the limit on how much one can charge for skates. -

2014 Easton Hockey Catalogue
jeffg replied to JR Boucicaut's topic in 2014 Product Catalogue Reviews
As a long time user of Easton sticks, nothing could be farther from the truth in my opinion. Easton has been sticks lighter, less durable and made to stick flex so whippy that it is almost unusable. I would love to see them return so of the older models of sticks to production -

I recently had my skates sharpened with the v- cut. Seem to like the sharpening. I was told that every time you go from a v- cut the old way of sharpening the skates must be cross cut/grind first in order to properly sharpen them. Is this true?

I have question on the v-cut. My son tried the v-cut. In our area we have only 1 rink with the v-cut. Changing back and forth from v-cut to the old way of sharpening, what does that do to the blade? Does it need to be specially addressed when going from v-cut back to the old way of sharpening? Any other concerns I should be aware of? Thanks for the help

I have no wishes that my kid makes it to the "show". If when he is an adult if he still has a sport he likes and can play with his kids then I will be happy. What is the proper hollow for a 65lb squirt?. The only reason I asked about profiling is that this board provides a lot of great information, that I never knew about. profiling was mentioned on the board
