IF BAKED CORRECTLY you can skate 3 hrs after baking a TotalONE or APX...we just don't tell you that - especially when you hear stories of 7min baking jobs. Play it safe and wait 24 hrs. Fridge trick was me...it works.

To continue with this, after calling 911 on my dad yesterday (looks like he has some sort of blockage) I went to my doctor because my blood pressure hasn't dropped down. After a EKG and blood pressure medication prescription, they want me to see a cardiologist. I am officially on the shelf for the time being, which means I will not participate in on-ice SummerJam activities next month.

But that one does have the "more exotic" spinners on it... TefTop is a liquid teflon spray used to slick down the table. -

There is a chart on their website which tells you what direction to go to for more/less bite/glide. -
Bigger, softer ball - played in Chicago. Can be played barehanded, it's so soft.

Been having trouble sleep for quite some time now, plus all signs leading to sleep apnea. So I went ahead and tried to schedule a sleep study but my insurance mandated a dr visit first, to deem it "medically necessary." So I went to my primary doctor, and they gave me a checkup. Not only did I gain 15 lb from the last time I saw him (right after my accident, have gained 25 lb in 1 yr) but my blood pressure clocked in at 156/116. When we were talking about my thyroid medication (I had radioactive iodine treatment 16 yrs ago) I told him I was taking 125mcg. He said "What? You were supposed to be taking 250." What happened was that they don't make a 250mcg pill, so he wanted me to take 2 125mcg pills. I didn't pay attention to the instructions on the prescription as I had always taken ONE pill a day. So, the short of it, the apnea, the blood pressure and weight gain is all caused by my hormone levels being off. So now I'm on a 12-week program to wean myself up to the correct dosage. It's going to suck, as right now I can feel my heart racing.

The TotalONE pant is EXACTLY the same pant as the ONE95, but with a yellow lining. And really, must you quote his pictures? Waiiiit...Nicklo...didn't we ban you years ago? I'm pretty sure it was you...it is...

And people have left their feedback in this exact thread. One can look back and read and see what they have posted. But once again, find out for yourself, and report back - pay it forward. That's the point of a forum. -

Why don't you just go along for the ride and find out for yourself? I'm trying hard not to be rude, but sometimes you just need to take a leap of faith and make your own assessment. Everyone's mileage varies on what they believe to be a sharp edge. -

I don't do witness marks. I may mate it to the wheel if someone used the holder before me. If I have the holder pretty much tuned I'll just sharpen away and follow the spark displacement. That just comes with experience. -
For the last time, before I shitcan this thread, let's keep it to just pictures...

Yep. 2 and a half years. Neither have the people I sharpen for. Every single one has stayed with it. Went back to ROH once for testing purposes (which I recommend to all who try FBV and skate on it for a while, the results will surprise you.) You have to be dead accurate on a FBV, and if you are not, the results can be disastrous. I believe that to be the case with the quotes above. -

People who have axes to grind (no pun intended) Why not try it out for yourself? The benefits are there. -

Resize your pic before I pull it down. 1600 pixels is overkill.

9 you're fine, 10 you're mine.
