Blackstone Flat-Bottom V Thread
JR Boucicaut replied to JR Boucicaut's topic in Ice Hockey Equipment
I run a shopvac which attaches to a PVC branch which I've made that attaches to the machine as well as goes behind the wheel. Works very well, given the size of the vac and the tubing. -

It actually works great as a blade application after sharpening. Spritz some on your fingertip and run it along the hollow. -

Teflon spray for the table, makes it slicker. No, teflon products are generally pretty costly. -

That is the only difference between the two.

This is for pictures only. If you want to discuss the glove, go put that in the other thread.

The 8k is just a rebranded Jofa AC830. I have two of those. The problem with the others are that they are an one-size-fits-all setup. With the 8k, you can dial it in better. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Reebok-8K-Jock-Jofa-AC830-Hockey-Wrestling-Jockstrap-Supporter-Mens-/250907265506#ht_500wt_1128

Should be in stores. It is not a step down from the RS - there are 2 other sticks in between the RS and the 65; the 85S and 75S will be available in the spring.

Actually fit-wise, the 8k is a better setup. Having three points to put the elastic in is great. The only reason why I switched to 10K was because I wanted the integrated garter. Was pointless to have two straps around my waist.
