That door to the left behind the glass used to be PARADISE. That's the room where the Solar Bears used to dump sticks and gear they didn't want anymore. For us that used to be the jackpot. We used to get gloves, shafts and pants out of there.

Any word on if he'll be invited to play for Team Canada at the Worlds? He'll be spending time in STL this summer. A bit rewarding to end his first season in the place where it all started - at Nationwide (for the Draft). Feels like it was just yesterday when Jason, Rich and I drove down and met Chadd and went out there... Crazy year, I tell ya. I saw every game in Detroit. Thanks for the ride (and the tickets!)

New 9k

I saw him on Friday night after the game. His skates are worn out and his holder was cracked - ate shit twice over the blue line at JLA. Says he'll be spending time in STL during the offseason - for development purposes.

A bottle of Dom at your nicer places will at least be 2 bills and the sky's the limit depending on what you're getting. Figure about 4 glasses per bottle and you've already spent about $1,000 just on one round for the table. When I was in Montreal we ate at the restaurant (Rosalie) where they had the rookie dinner. CCM took us there. It ain't cheap, that's for sure. The waitresses were absolutely SMOKIN'.
