I got $20 that he switches back to the old elbows because the new ones aren't mobile enough ;) But honestly though, those pants are drop dead gorgeous... If they had leg zippers, I'd offer ridiculous ammounts of money for those.

If you look on the first page, the fifth post, JR already said which is what "Correct. Should clarify - X50 doesn't replace 25, it's a new model. X40 replaces 25 ". I read somewhere that the vapor shift is a xxv on steroids, with clarino, stiffer composite outsole, xxxx footbed so i would imagine, if this is so about the shift, that the x50 is going to be something like that I have the Vapor Shift, the rest of your info sounds about right but the liner is still Hydrophobic, not Clarnio.

Props on the gloves man, they look like theyre holding up real well. Are they 5000s? I like the simple "BAUER" on the cuff much better than nike/bauer.

Reviewer background- 5' 8", 155 lbs Midget B 3-4 times a week. Used it for about 3 months Shaft- Mission V-Hex2 65 flex Blade- Mission L-2 Leopold LH Shaft shape/flex: The shaft feels more square than most, but once i have my gloves on and im in the game, that doesnt bug me too much. The 65 flex feels exactly like it should, not like a 75 and not like a 50, but a 65. The flex is always consistent and is perfect for me. Releases are quick, and i havent experienced any tourqing with this shaft. 9/10 Stickhandling/Passing: Felt great to me when I was stickhandling and the boxiness of the shaft gave me no trouble. Passes jump a little bit because of the extremely short blade. 7/10 Weight/Balance: This is once of the lightest shafts ive ever had. Paired with the L-2, its perfectly balanced. Overall a great feeling and lightweight combo. 10/10 Durability: Been using it for about 3 months and its been through hell. I'm a very offensive defensman who takes lots of one-timers and tons of slappers. It's been stepped on by skates and slashed beyond beleif. So far, nothing but scapes and nicks. 9/10 Shooting: The high point of this shaft for me. The shaft has great response and kick. If you have a hard slapshot you should most certainly consider this shaft. The 65 flex has just enough whip for great wrist shots and snap shots, and is just perfect for slapshots. I use lots of one-timers in practice and games and this stick seems to fit my shooting style well and I am sure that it will fit almost everyone's idea of a hard shooting shaft. 10/10 Conclusion: This is a very lightweight, hard shooting shaft. Excellent slapshots, and paired with the L-2 blade, stickhandling is also very good. It's a pretty expensive shaft, but well worth the money. I'm getting full value for what i paid for mine. I recommend this shaft to any intermediate-advanced player with a hard slapshot. 9/10
