  1. At least they don't have defensive AND offensive problems. Most of the defensemen are UFAs next season so they're not too far off from a revamping. Enter Alzner and Carlson and a signing of a top Dman via cap space from Theo and Nyles, and you have a deep playoff run.
  2. They're all looking for the puck in their feet instead of pushing the player in the other colored jersey away from the net and trying him up. Urgh. But is that top line one of the scariest things you've ever seen? 4 goals and 4 assists tonight. 7 goals and 12 assists for 19 points in just 3 games..
  3. lmao TBL's getting hounded. We'll hes got more gloves than you do! OH snap.
  4. He gained like 7-10 pounds of muscle. That'll help ya
  5. What is the deal with Capital/Flyer games and god damn goaltending interference calls???? As a side, Coburn was undressed quite nicely by Semin. What a play.
  6. Tonight's game against the Flyers is sure to be hella good. Here's the lineups for tonight. Washington Capitals Forwards Ovechkin-Backstrom-Semin Laich-Morrison-Knuble Laing-Steckel-Clark Kane-Gordon-Bradley Extras: Nylander, Fehr(injured),Fleischmann(injured) Fehr should be good to go by Tuesday, but they will prob send him to Hershey for a few games first. Defense Morrisonn-Green Poti-Erskine Schultz-Jurcina Extras: Pothier-Sloan Unfortunatly, Schultz in back in the lineup for the Caps. Lets hope he's either amazing or horrendous. Goaltenders 1. Varlamov 2. Theodore Philadelphia Flyers Forwards Hartnell-Carter-Briere Gagne-Richeards-Pyrola JVR-Giroux-Powe Carcillo-Betts-Laperierre Defense Pronger-Carle Timmonen-Coburn Parent-Syvret Goaltenders 1. Emery 2. Boucher
  7. Agree - but seeing the disparity, it makes the deal for Kessel look even more ridiculous. The Leafs badly needed to keep those picks, and continue a full rebuild. Thats what i said. Everyone was under the impression they were going to rebuild, and they're doing it half assed, much like their effort the other night.
  8. Those eagles might be the best looking gloves i've ever seen.
  9. I like the 2nd line a lot. Hardworking, gritty line. Laich can learn a lot from Knuble.
  10. yeeaaa... If you plan on winning id advise against that.
  11. haha, i grabbed him in the 13th round. Total steal.
  12. On the 'NHL on TSN Fantasy Draft' Darren Pang predicts David Perron to be this year's Loui Eriksson (Breakout player). Says he should hit the 35 goal range. WOOO! lets go David!!
  13. If Nylander signs in Europe or the KHL... what does that does for the Capitals Cap space? I don't like the idea of Alzner in the AHL. I don't think he's going to develop any further down there, other than establish chemistry with Carlson perhaps. They need to work something out so that he's on our blue-line full time this year.
  14. He's about to blow past those defenders. Wah-wah-wah-waaaah... <_<
  15. Where does one find a pair of those elbows. Those are perfect.
  16. Just found out that Billy Talent is really good. I saw them with Rise Against and Rancid in NYC. I never heard them before but now i have all their CDs n just bought tickets to see them again.
  17. Shame they lost that game.. but Perron was a beast. He took the puck off the boards and walked to the goal twice with some sweet moves. GREAT game, great season. Rest up, then HIT THE GYM. Only how many days till preseason?
  18. My friend is the goaltender for the St.Louis Bandits, hes practicing today with the Blue so i told him to say Hi to David for us. haha
  19. Where'd ya grab that stat from?
  20. That gold syNergy had THE BEST grip on any stick ever.
  21. Forwards...aaaand backwards. thats some crazy stuff. Even his teammate gives him props
