  1. As much as I hated him as a life long Red Sox fan and how he took advantage of his limitless money vs MLB's current salary structure I respect him. I true pioneer with the Yankees fan best interest in mind. In the end its hard to argue with that. RIP George and thanks for the many good and bad memories for us Red Sox fans.
  2. Funny as hell reply by "the fag" in 3 ... 2 ... 1 ... LOL
  3. Never! :) Fresh, The black and silver stick is the 2009 AK "Twenty Seven"
  4. Its just a Drury clone thats slightly shorter and has a stronger hook.
  5. I have not done this in a while so here are my two latest additons. The latest and greatest from Marc Savard:
  6. what happens if he turns out to play righty? Thats my hope. :) The real answer is then the whole ugly process starts all over again.
  7. Just to be clear about a few things regarding these sticks. 1. All of the stuff I am selling now are on eBay. 2. Yes I pay the bills, save money, invest in the market despite all of these sticks. My wife would kill me if I spent everything on them :) 3. Yes these are more sticks than needed in a life time but remember my son will pick up where I left off.
  8. My son will have one hell of a collection so he is free to take off the tags. Most of the stuff I get cheap at the Pepsi Center or through selective bidding on ebay. Right now I use a pro return Easton ST (Drury Clone) and a Warrior Dolomite - Barnaby pattern.
  9. If you go back a few pages the pics are posted there.
  10. Is that a Bourque pro stock in the top row? It is ...
  11. The lone righty is a collectable from Adam Foote from the 2001 Stanley Cup season for the Avs.
  12. Links fixed all is better now.
  13. Dang did I create a new topic? If so my bad as I must have hit the wrong button.
  14. Yea I got to fix the html tags for the entire URL to highlight. Try copy/pasting the url in a browser and it should be fine.
  15. For lack of better judgement on my part here are pics of most of the sticks I currently own.
  16. My Koho Vector, plus a Canadien wooden blade.... heaven. I have a old Canadien 'Neely' pattern still in mine.
  17. Still have one of those old Vector shafts in pristine condition. A great oldie indeed!
  18. Try any 'orange based' wood floor polish. Works like a charm with no damage to paint. It also works great on any stick that has a grip on it as well with no damage. Your stick will smell great too. Very retro! ;)
  19. Updated: Helmet : CCM w/ Jofa Chrome Cage Shoulders: Hespeler split chest Elbows: Jofa Gloves: Mission Helium Pants: Franklin pro return Shin's: Jofa Skates: Graf Sticks: TPS XN10 - Belanger, Inno 1100 - Draper.
  20. I would say Gartner was an efficient skater. Very little wasted motion and very fast. Lowest skater ever has got to be Ken Linesman. I was a big fan of Coffey skating style. Picture perfect.
  21. To name 1/100 of them I just highlighted what I am using today only.
  22. helmet: CCM shoulder: Hespeler elbow: Jofa pants: Franklin pro return shins: Jofa skates: Graf 705 gloves: Nike Quest - Savard sticks: Koho 2295 pro return woodie and Easton Synthesis with a Forsberg Graphite blade.
  23. You guys have seen it before and I have been cutting back. After I seperated my stuff on things I wanted to put on ebay my rough count was 160 in all. About 60 something was OPS stuff. I would guess my stick count before the GRAND reduction was 250 or so. I am now committed in going in the OTHER direction ...
  24. I have brought this up several times in the past but it sounds like the Koho K Core technology is coming back. I still have about 6 of these and they are so bloody light its sick. As you describe it has a foam core and a great blade that just wont give in. 7 years ago it was 80 bucks for a wood stick which is why it never did anything.
