Reebok Hockey

Recommended Posts

I don't know if anyone has watched the Top 10 Playoff OT Goals of 1997 on NHL.com but I just watched it and the number one goal has an interview of Mike Modano after the loss to edmonton, and he has a REEBOK HOCKEY hat on i was wondering what they would have made in '97 that he would have a hat.

Also I kinda find it weird how he had the hat on then and now he is with them when they actually make equipment. Do you think they had it planned that far ahead or just coincidence?

Contrary to common belief. Busch was actually the first OPS. Larionov used to be big on Busch sticks - even back then as I recall.

They never really caught on because they cost $200 (and think - this was back 8 years ago) and they had virtually no advertising in North America.

Lang was another guy who jumped on them early.

The 8k gloves are going 120 USD and the 7k are going 100 USD. The 7k stick is call only, and I haven't been there since they've been released. They have the 6k tapered shaft w/ 2 tapered blades for 179.
